We've got plenty of space for large families, but also offer a cozy feel that welcomes smaller groups.

Enjoy the convenience of our high-speed fiber internet, Nest smart thermostats, five 4k TVs, and all major kitchen appliances, including a drip coffee and Keurig coffee maker. You'll find everything you need to prepare any meal, including a full spice rack! We've also got a Bose Bluetooth speaker and two dedicated work areas perfect for "work from home".

Our beautifully landscaped backyard features a dining area with an umbrella, outside string lights for evening enjoyment, a propane fire pit with chairs, a grill + utensils, cornhole game, and a large area for your littles to run around. And rest assured that our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations, for your peace of mind.

Located in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood just a few minutes’ walk to Downtown Johnson City, you'll have access to all the best dining, bars, festivals, music, and entertainment the area has to offer. And when you return home, you can relax in one of our four comfortable bedrooms, including two master bedrooms with private bathrooms and 4k TVs, one bedroom with a queen bed and 4k TV, and a fourth bedroom with two bunk beds (twin/twin and full/twin).

In the loft on the 3rd floor, you'll find a sleeping area that accommodates 2-3 guests, complete with a 4k TV, a streaming gaming platform (Amazon Luna), and an oversized beanbag for all your entertainment and relaxation needs. If you need extra space, there are 2 folding mattresses/sofas available in the loft.
