« Olivia was a great host and very responsive to anything we needed. We really appreciated having starter items for the cottage (dish soap and paper products), since we only stayed for a few days. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again! The location was perfect and so close to everything. »

« This was a beautiful property. My family and I got to enjoy spending time together. The views were lush. We kayaked on Watuga Lake, went to a wedding at the Heritage and enjoyed the farmers market and restaurants in downtown Johnson City. The home was very clean. We had plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. The beds slept well. The kitchen is well supplied. The water pressure was really good in the bathrooms.It was an amazing place to spend time. »

« We came from Ohio to visit Family in Tennessee and this cute little house that was remodeled was perfect for us. Nice to have a kitchen stocked and plenty of towels. The washer and dryer helped so we didn’t have laundry to do when we returned home. Would love to stay again in the future. »

« We are local to Bristol, but wanted to find a house that could accommodate 4 couples for a birthday celebration! This was the PERFECT listing! The kitchen was nice for our appetizer dinner and full-spread breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the common areas were plenty big enough for everyone to sit together and be comfortable! Don’t let the curb appeal discourage you - it may be a small, older looking home, but the updates are awesome and it definitely feels like a ton of space once...

« Beautiful welcoming and spacious home that was even better than the pictures depicted. The beds and seating were comfortable and the entire space was tastefully decorated. We appreciated the laundry room.. it was clean and spacious. The host had water/ food bowls and even a treat for our dog! All of the rooms were well thought out in presentation and with everything we needed to enjoy our stay and more. Wish we were able to fully enjoy the space with a longer stay. »
