Remodeled one level duplex conveniently located. Walk to Dunkin Donuts for your morning coffee or use the Keurig provided. Located on the Medtech Pkwy walking trail which spans 3.5 miles. Close to literally everything! ETSU, Milligan College, Johnson City Medical Center/Mountain States, Franklin Woods Hospital, Bristol Motor Speedway, Jonesborough, Winged Deer Park and many more attractions are close by. A fully equipped kitchen, bedroom 1 has a king bed and television and bedroom 2 has a queen bed, back deck for relaxing, and fiber optics. LOVE ART? This unit is full of original art that is available for purchase.

Visiting JC - You Want to Stay Here

We travel a lot, in the US and Europe, and this is now one of our favorite places to stay. It felt like a home. We were in town to visit family, and it was perfectly located. We ended up extending our stay, and thankfully, Polly was able to accommodate us. We loved everything about this place: immaculately clean with everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom; GREAT air conditioning; new stackable washer and dryer; Roku TVs in the living room and bedrooms programmed for guest stays; easy parking. The king bed was so comfortable, we want to get the same mattress when we move back to the U.S.! You will not be disappointed staying here.

What a nice place! Comfortable bed, instant hot water in shower, quiet, peaceful. Kitchen well stocked, better than most. Quick response from host on any questions. Definitely my go to now for Johnson City.

Easiest VRBO ever!

Polly was a wonderful host and the property was perfect for me and my husband for our week long visit. It was well equipped, in a great location, and lots of small details were taken care of by Polly and her husband. I will definitely stay there any time we visit!

Fantastic and Cute Duplex

We needed a place to rent quickly after our original plan to stay with family fell through when our party grew. We found this place online and the price and location couldn’t have been more perfect. After making the reservation, that wasn’t all that was perfect. From the communication, to the cleanliness, to ease of getting around JC and close to my father and daughter, this was just a fantastic and lovely place to stay! I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

Polly’s property is just beautiful and oh so very clean, immaculate! Everything you could need is provided from comfortable beds, linens, towels to a full kitchen. Smack dab in the middle of Johnson City made it very easy to get everywhere we needed to go for my daughter’s college graduation weekend festivities! Also!!! Polly is a very gifted artist and I was pleased to be able to purchase some of her pieces to commemorate the weekend !!

Loved it!

This was the perfect place for us to stay while getting our daughter settled in her new apartment. The location was perfect and it was so clean/decorated nicely and had everything we needed. We like to cook our own food rather than eat out and this worked great. Polly was available if we needed anything and loved the art work. We now have the perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter!

Everything you need

The host was friendly and easy to reach. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. All the thoughtful touches including cooking utensils, razors (I forgot mine), blankets, enough towels, and comfortable furniture. I love it when a place is simply decorated, comfortable, easy to cook in, and has nice sheets. Central location was a bonus. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

Polly was delightful to communicate with. She was prompt with her response and informative. The house was exactly as the pictures showed and was described. My mother-in-law stayed with us and is from the JC area. She was saying she will book there when she visits her family that are still there in JC. So, we will stay there again when we visit as well! Personally, I LOVED all artwork there and available to buy. I thought that was unique and a great idea! Great place, location, space, and home. There was a couple in the adjoining duplex. We never heard a peep from them. So, I feel like the complex is very well made/built. We will be saying again for sure when we visit.

Love This Place!
