je vous remercie de votre avis, il nous attriste de voir que nous ne répondons pas à vos attentes et que nous sommes tombés à court quand il vient à la propreté de la chambre, la question sera abordée avec l'équipe aussi nos chambres ont un double vitrage sur les fenêtres et nous essayons de maintenir les niveaux de nez dans les voies de passage, mais malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas lors de votre séjour avec nous excusons sincèrement et nous espérons que si nous avons le plaisir de vous revoir bientôt vous ne serez pas avoir le même problème

Unfortunately the cancelation policy for reservations made via third party booking agents, prevents the Hotel from making any changes to the booking. We only have influence over reservations that was made directly with the Hotel. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have brought upon you.
