C’est propre, bien équipé, bien situé. Parfait si vous restez deux Semaines. Petits bémols : - internet est plutôt moyen (surtout en soirée) - pas de salle de gym (mais il y a un Virgin active à côté)

The property is in an excellent location. Walkable to shopping mall, metro, bank, restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly. There was daily housekeeping for the apartment.

Amazing apartment, very well kept and the security within the building is strict, which is excellent for South Africa. Very close to the mall. Its everything one would look for. Be it business or pleasure it is designed for both ;)

A great facility with everything you need in the apartment, and a minutes walk to the Zone at Rosebank.

I stayed on the 1st floor (101) and felt very unsafe the entire 10 days because the curtains were very transparent and I was exposed to the entire street where people were hanging out at all hours. My because of the poor curtains. The wifi in the room was also VERY poor.

Good day I completely understand your frustrations. We have moved on to a more sustainable wifi infrastructure where each unit has its own fiberline. We have been rolling out this new system throughout the month of February. As for the privacy of your unit. we are currently looking into ways to fix this. We understand how these blinds hinder the sense of privacy and know this is something that needs correction. We looking into shutters for the units as it would aid in both privacy and noise reduction which will in turn give our Guest a better experience. We appreciate your feedback as this helps us understand what our guest need and enjoy and we encourage you to keep letting us know how we may improve our offering We apologise once again. Service mediocre. Staff not particularly friendly. Amenities need improving. Our apartment’s beds were not made up when we checked in in the evening and they had to put us in other rooms the first night. Also the lifts were not working half the time. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants though.

Not well kept but good location
This unit was in a great location. The unit was dirty, specifically under beds and in closets and kitchen cabinets and looked very well worn. The AC In the main living area did not work and the bedrooms had no AC. The WiFi was very poor . The facility staff was helpful and stored our bags in the office. There is good parking.

Wifi never worked, even after several discussions with staff. No shower, just a bath (not as advertised). Staff is barely helpful and not very friendly. Wont stay here again.

Excelente localização, mas mudaram nossa reserva
A acomodação é muito boa e a localização é excelente. O único inconveniente foi que ao chegar para o check-in, fomo informados que mudaram nossa reserva havia para outro endereço, da mesma rede, sem nos consultar. No entanto, esta unidade ficava a vários KM de distância do CAG The Vantage. Como estávamos viajando em amigos, não podíamos ficar separados e tivemos que ficar todos junto em um mesmo quarto.

Excelente.
Un departamento espectacular, ubicado posiblemente es la zona más linda y segura de Joburg. El único punto a mejorar sería la conexión de wifi, que era medio mala y se cortaba constantemente, pero sería el único punto negativo, el resto espectacular.

The space in the unit was very limited and despite asking for the WiFi to be looked at, it was never fixed.

Excelente apartamento com móveis e equipamentos novos, espaçoso e limpo.........ótimo custo benefício. Bem localizado, seguro e com garagem. Fácil check in e check out.....como cheguei cedo, guardaram as malas sem custo.....Recomendo muito a hospedagem...Ah na falta de energia que afetou o bairro inteiro, o hotel tinha gerador....ufa!!!

Apartamento moderno, com boa metragem para famílias, dois quartos, dois banheiros, sala e cozinha bem equipada, cofre nos dois quartos e televisão na sala em um quarto. Boa localização em bairro residencial ( Rosebank), super proximo a um excelente shopping com restaurantes e boas lojas. Boa opção para famílias que não fazem questão de se hospedar em um hotel.

The hotel is well located is a nice neighborhood (Rosebank) of Johannesburg. It is near a lot of dining and shopping options, as well as the hop on hop off bus stop. It was nice to have a full kitchen as well as a laundry washing machine. It was a fantastic spot for the price.

The only thing they need to work on is putting blackout curtains in the rooms that face the courtyard as they remain too bright all night. Also advise better bathroom doors with either opaque glass or blinds

The location is excellent. It is within walking distance of the mall with lots of restaurants and shops. The security is excellent with guards and locked entrance doors at night. The parking garage is adequate in that the spaces are limited and narrow. Their third party airport shuttle service and elevators have slow responses.

Friendly and helpful staff, small beds (queen size), very good location next to shopping, gym, restaurants, hospital ........ but some apartments are quite noise.

It is a great location, secure parking and a very nice and extremely large apartment. Enough space for us, our two daughters and My parents. Only thing I would add is a dishwasher but the washing machine and tumble drier were fab!

It has a double bed in each room, so not ideal for families, but perfect for business traveller. Very close to Rosebank shops and restaurants. No aircon but fans in bedrooms
