Dear Uttam, please note that nobody can enter this room since it was allotted to you. Looks like you have not seen the windows properly, some of them are totally sealed. How can we give a room if somebody can peep inside. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks Chris, thanks for coming and staying with us. Now we send our man to clean the toilets 3 times in a day. I know when you were staying there were many guests and so the toilets must have been a little dirty. Thanks for pointing out this to us. We have already improved on this. Yes wi-fi is only in public area and the restaurant. Thanks, jaggi.

Thanks Brandon, thanks for the review. Yes, we are at station road and of course it is a bit noisy. But we have every thing near our hotel. Railway booking office, main GPO, walking distance to the old town, etc, jaggi..

Dear Kyle, yes i agree with you that there was renovation noise, but this was not in my hotel. We have a bank below our hotel and they were getting their premises renovated.
Being a running bank with the customers coming in the day time they some times work in the night. I am very sorry about this and i agree to your pointing out about the noise. Hope you remember that there had been a power cut that night, the lights had gone off due to heavy rains, which were also covered in all news channels. 1 or 2 persons died because of the rains and the traffic was also disrupted. We were forced to start the generator in the night since there was no power. When the lights go off we have to put off the air-conditioners in the rooms. I am again very sorry for that. Yes, but i don't agree with your sentence that it is not safe for female traveler's. We both father and son welcomed you when you reached the hotel. Your breakfast was free, but since you were taking an early morning train, we did not charge you for the evening drinks and also offered mineral water free in the morning. Yes, noise due to renovation, no air-conditioner working due to power cut, i agree. But i don't at all agree with your mentioning it is safe for female traveler's. Thanks for coming and staying and very sorry for the inconvenience caused, jaggi.

Thank you for the review. Dorm is clean and well kept. I am sorry you mentioned it was shabby. You know guest's come and go, sometimes if 2 beds are busy, the guests use the other beds also. Thank you for mentioning that we give all towels, toilet rolls, soap. Thanks, jaggi.

Thank you for the review. Yes, we have hot water from morning 7 am to 10 am and in the evening from 7 pm to 9 pm. But as and when the guest needs we start the hot water. We have a solar system so we cannot keep the hot water on for the full day. Most of the guest are out for the day so it is no use to keep the hot water on. I did not understand what you meant by family, yes there are many Indian guest's with families. Thank you for the good write up, jaggi.

We always start the hot water in the evenings from 19 hours to 22 hours. How come you did not get hot water. It was your duty to come and find out why the hot water was not available..Were you by any chance staying in the dorm common beds. We fix up fresh beds, give towels, toilet rolls, cover bed sheets. I am very sorry if your bed was not clean, shall keep a check. Thanks, jaggi.

Dear Susan, we had your passport only for not more then 5 minutes, you were very much sitting there when we took the photo copy of the passport. Taking a photo is become a compulsion by the government rules which we have to submit to the C-Form department, where you have arrival details in the hotel. This is a new rule which is come in since the last 2 years. We destroy these documents when your visa expires. As i mentioned to you when you were here that we have a water fountain on the roof top which leaked due to some reason. I had given you the room when there was no leakage. Sorry about this, it's done now and people are staying in the same room. Thanks for appreciating my tea, jaggi.

Thank you, yes we do have a beautiful coffee machine on the open roof top restaurant. We have a coffee shop "jaggi's cafe" serving the best coffee in town.
