« Room was big and comfortable and modern. The hotel is clean overall but the restaurant has a limited vegetarian menu and items listed on menu may not be available. The hotel staff are polite but could be more informed about what’s around the hotel and transportation options for guests, restaurants in the area etc. »

« Good clean rooms. Nice homely food. »

« the welcome more than perfect the friendliness of the staff and the location is right in front of the train station. The food is delicious thank you very much see you soon. »

« It’s really hard to find »

« The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. They even cooked me a requested dinner at breakfast time as I’m GF. Very nice place. Balcony on room. Great views from...

« Everything was great, very heritage vibes , boutique property in centre of city Staff was very helpful »

« It need some repairs but it was ok »

« Everything was amazing! Only downside is it’s a bit far from everything and too quiet. It felt like nobody was staying there. »

« The room was clean, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was decent. The overall property also looks quite nice. However, I found it to be quite crowded and somewhat chaotic. There were also large tourist groups and company conferences happening at the same time, which made the experience harder to manage. »

« Our stay at Hanuwant Niwas was absolutely fantastic! The property is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. A special shout-out to Mahinder at the reception, who truly went above and beyond. When he found out we were planning to go out for breakfast, he kindly offered us breakfast at the hotel instead. His warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture made us feel genuinely cared...
