Je recommande cet hôtel, nous avons passé un séjour de plusieurs jours et nous avons apprécié la grande chambre avec vue jardin. Le petit-déjeuner est bien composé sur la nourriture indonésienne. Il y a du poulet, des saucisses, possibilité d'avoir des oeufs (omelette ou autre), des fruits, des gâteaux, du lait, thé, café (mais pas de capuccino ...). Aire de jeux pour les enfants.

hôtel accueillant avec un personnel au petit soin... Petit déjeuner en forme de buffet et très bon! Chambre normal , petit hic énormément de chinois, qui font beaucoup de bruit et qui n'ont pas forcément de respect pour la tranquillité d'autrui .

Super séjour à l'hôtel Bali Paragon Resort. Personnel à notre écoute et toujours souriant et pret à nous aider et accompagner. Hôtel super joli, bien placé. Chambre très agréable et conforme aux photos du site. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel. Petit dej super bon et répondant aux besoins de tous, car très complet ! Si vous voulez visiter le Sud de l'île, restez à cet hôtel et bougez en scooter ( ils ont un service à l'hôtel)

Chambre spacieuse, prix très intéressante. Personnel au top. petit déjeuner beaucoup de choix. manque d'isolation, beaucoup de bruit, fenetre qui ne s'ouvre pas. Impossible de faire secher ses affaires. Un peu excentré du centre.

Great service!
First of all, the service at the Paragon is outstanding. It felt like there were more staff than guests and everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice but a little odd. The lights are controlled by switch panels on either side of the bed. One switch only turned lights on but not off, but the switch on the other side worked fine. The lights turned on once by themselves. Probably only an issue with my room. Also, the bathroom has a glass wall opening to the main room. You can pull the shade to give privacy while sitting on the toilet, but this is just a weird feature. Shower tiles had some perma-stain, so it could have been cleaner. Breakfast buffet was quite good. But most importantly, bed was comfortable so no real complaints. And again, service A+!

Nice hotel for the price
This hotel was very nice, we stayed for a wedding. They could improve on cleanliness, the rooms were kind of dirty. Good breakfast but pricey drinks and dinner. Dinner wasn’t the best, I recommend going elsewhere to eat. Nice area with great taxi drivers. Staff was friendly but English wasn’t very strong. Beautiful pool.

Great location, away from the hustle an bustle of Kuta, but still easly accessable. Staff are always very pleasant and accommadating, Rooms are big and spacious, with a real comfy bed. Breakfast is plentyful and varied. Pool area is big and enjoyable. Personally this is now my favourite hotel and I will be returning whenever I am in Bali. 10 out of 10

Wouldn’t even pass a 3* hotel
Booked the triple-bed room. It was tiny. No space to walk around. Beds were literally a few inches away from wall. It also smelled like swimming pool chlorine or disinfectant. Pillows were stinky as well. Bathroom floor had some damaged parts, appearing black and not taken care of. Towels were not proper white, more like yellowish stain. Breakfast was poor, not much choice and cold (even fried rice was served on a small rice cooker). Staff in dining area smelled bad.

Not in great area. Hotel rooms aren't sound proof so hear noise in corridor. Hotel staff don't have great English. Bed sheets had stains. Shower didn't work properly.

Nice hotel but bad experience
I book the hotel with expedia online requesting for one night stay. I recalled that I clicked on the date correctly which is on 18th Jun "Night" till 19th Jun. Upon payment and confirmation, I realised that the check in period isn't correct. I tried calling expedia but the office is closed. No one is there to help when I needed it the mostly. I approached the receptionist at the hotel to check on the price for a night stay and they quote my a price that is exorbitant. I ended up stranded and spent some time looking for an alternative accommodation at Bali.

We get the room close to swiming pool and the hotel was pack with tourist which keep on making noise in pool area until very late at night.apparently the room can not block noise too well. Bfast aslo chaos with too many tourist.. this hotel maybe good for big group but not for small group

The hotel is located away from key amenities in Bali, but is a short hop away form the airport which makes getting there and back upon arriving and departing convenient. Service was also of consistently high quality, with all staff being very friendly and helpful.

Cons. Location no good if your a toirist and want to walk to shops etc...all new but the contractor plumbed all the drains wrong and a sewage back smell comes from shower drain when you firat turn water on then goes away..but some women would find it difficult to handle. Nothing on bar fridge and pay for room service with cash on arrival cant sign for it. Pros....price is cheap..room is new and modern...dont have to put credit card down on check in..so early morning check out is quick.....macdonalds next door 50 meters away....overal average but cheap..1 night does the job.....

L'hotel è molto carino e pulito, e il personale gentile. L'unico problema è che nessuno gestisce gli ospiti. Tranne noi, gli altri ospiti erano tutti asiatici li per un festival, di una maleducazione clamorosa. Porte lasciate aperte con allarmi lasciati suonare, grida in corridoio h24, maleducatissimi. Il personale avrebbe dovuto gestirli...

Full of Noise Guests
We were assigned a ground floor room which we immediate requested a room in higher floor. The receptionist told us, the higher floor was occupied by some noisy guests. Sure enough, the hotel did have a lot of noisy guests. They would stand in the pool and have rather loud conversations till late night. I was so glad I did not book the pool access room. The second night we were there, I heard the repetitive door slamming from the hallway. Besides, during the breakfast time, you would experience a marketplace like hunting opportunity. To make it clear, these are guests manner, not necessary the issue with the hotel. On the other hand, the English level among their staff is limited and they are not as helpful as other hotels in my experience.

Отель очень современный, с дизайнерским ремонтом и стильными номерами.Находится в удобном районе, на байке близко до всех пляжей включая на Буките.Единственный, но огромный минус, это наполнение отеля на 95% китайцами! Они настолько песпардонно,шумно и невоспитанно себя ведут, что более 3-х дней находится в отеле становится крайне не комфортно! Не раз ломились ночью по ошибке в дверь, орали в холле, мыли ноги в обуви в бассейне, становится отвратительно находится в такой обстановке!

Mooi en nieuw hotel.
Hotel is nieuw en erg mooi en schoon. Het hotel ligt niet op loopafstand van het strand, maar met de taxi ben je nog heen 2 euro kwijt. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er wordt momenteel wel verbouwd in het hotel, maar de manager bood ons een andere kamer aan waar we hier geen last meer van hebben. Ontbijt is prima en genoeg variatie.

2016/1/1〜3まで滞在しました。 ホテルが新しい。部屋綺麗。水周りも綺麗。 ロビーの方の対応も良く快適でした。 飛行機のチケットの手配をしていなく、ホテルの方にチケットを買えるお店を尋ねたところ、ホテルのパソコンルームに案内して下さりチケットの手配を手伝ってくださいました。クレジット払いができず(国内線チケットだったため)近くのコンビニまで車を出してくださいました。その対応には感動しました。 本当に優しいスタッフの方でした。 staff ware so kind. When I wanted to buy air plane to surabaya staff helped me..I was so happy.thank you very much.. Room was so good. beautiful and clean.. shower,bed good.
