For the amount we paid to stay here for four nights, I was not impressed with the comfort or the cleanliness of this unit. It felt like it needed an overall deep clean, Water and bathrooms, smell moldy, the water itself smells and tastes bad, inexpensive cabinetry is falling apart in places, the furniture was uncomfortable for basic watching TV and spending time with family. We are grateful for proximity to both the Newark airport and Manhattan, but I would not recommend if you plan to spend much time at the property itself. I do want to compliment the property manager for quick responsiveness when the external keypad stopped working. He made himself available by phone and answered right away when we called which was very much appreciated so that we were not locked out of the property. Thank you so much for your assistance!

This is an amazing place for a big family and I would give it 5 stars if it was not for the AC. We woke up during the night several times for the temperature being over 80 and the AC not working due to the pre-setting.

I have been to NYC before with my wife and this time I was bringing the full family of 6. I spent many hours researching options inside and outside the city, homes, hotels, etc. and this was my favorite choice. It’s a good house for a big family because of the fully working kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a new washer and dryer, and wide open areas. I would stay there again if we went back. Gary was easy and straightforward with communication. He communicated with me right after booking and also right before the stay with the door code and everything we needed to know. It is located in town so you can reach the typical NE town stores and eateries. Highway access is easy, and it’s not far from Walmart for stocking the kitchen. The NJ side of the Statue of Liberty was very easy to access. Again, this is great for the large families, especially with older kids like us. Even for the little kids, there is extra sleeping room as well with bunk beds, crib, etc.

Great property size and a nice, quiet (relative) location. Neighbors were friendly all-around. The property had everything you'd need for a large group, and the crib was a huge bonus for groups like us that have an infant. There are neighbors below, so we had to keep reminding our kids not to stomp and run everywhere so we weren't disturbing them, but it seemed like the unit was well-constructed and had adequate soundproofing. Still, if you have younger kids, you may have to remind them to keep the noise down. Owner communication was quick, clear, and always helpful. I highly recommend this property if it works for your plans.

We stayed here for two nights and did not face any issues. Beds were neatly made, the kitchen was good and the living room had a recliner to get comfy. Although we were a little late to arrive at the apartment we still found additional parking on the street. It’s a 15min drive to Journal Square plaza from where there is PATH connectivity to NYC.

Our family really loved this spacious unit! It had everything we needed. Very comfy beds. We loved light up shower head in one of the bathrooms. Great location too! Will 100% recommend and will stay again if visiting NYC.

Our family of six was on a road trip with a stop in NYC. We wanted a place large enough for all of us with a parking spot for our rented van. This rental met all of those requirements, and Gary was quick to respond to all of our questions. The neighborhood was not a touristy area, but it was a short drive to get to Jersey City for a more "touristy" feel. We were able to take the train into the the city and overall had a good stay here.

This is a very good house for larger groups with both adults and children. 8 of us stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed the stay and had great day trips to Manhattan. It is 10 mins drive to Journal square path station. There are also buses available in walkable distance from the house. The house was clean with all amenities as listed online. Gary was a really good host. We definitely recommend this place.
