House Rules - Thanks for taking the time to read!

- No parties or large gatherings. House capacity is set at 5 guests, and we ask that you respect this limit. If friends or family on the Treasure Coast would like to stop by for a meal or a quick afternoon cocktail, that's welcome — but please keep it to 2 extra visitors at a time, over and above the 5 registered guests. Please note that per our rental agreement and local guidelines, the home cannot be used to host larger gatherings or events, both for legal/insurance reasons and to help minimize wear and tear on the property. Thanks so much for understanding!

- No smoking inside. If you smoke, please do so outside, away from windows/doors, and not under covered areas — properly dispose.

- AC will not cool below 70°F — setting it lower can cause the unit to freeze. When you're out, please set it to 76°F to give the system a break.

- No pets permitted. A fine will be charged if a pet is found on the property.
