Hotel conveniently located right beside Red Sea Mall but very dated and in bad state of repair. Old furniture, very tired carpets, leaking air conditioner etc.

The hotel is good as location, but same rate can get another beautiful room in a hotel next to the beach. The hotel needs to be new furniture. The breakfast was great.

Terrible experience
Unfortunately it was very disappointing.. I will summarize my points down here: 1) the room's floor was filled of water although it was carpet 2) Tried to call the room services and the reception in the mid of the night but no one answering ( I called like 6 times) 3) they offer a kattle with 3- plugs socett and the available socett on the wall is two (and no adaptor) 4) in next day morning called the room services and finally they answered.. I have ordered tooth brushes and We wait more than hour and still no one got them.

لا يوجد احترافيه في التعامل واعطيه ٣ نجوم
للاسف تعامل سيء جدا بداية من الأمن الى الاستقبال الى خدمة الغرف . لايوجد احترافيه في التعامل مع النزيل مع العلم فندق ٥ نجوم وواجهة سياحيه وبهذا المستوى السيء . لا انصح ابدا به كفندق ولا اعطيه اكثر من ٣ نجوم

Nice location
Its a great hotel that has the best location in the red sea mall.. the only thing I didn’t like is the mattress wasn’t that good I paid over 200$ USD a night and I expected to sleep on a nice Comfortable bed but it wasnt.. other than that everything else is great
