Thank you for taking the time to leave us with your review. I appreciate your feedback as it is very important to us. I was disappointed to read your stay with us was not optimal. We don't provide daily housekeeping service at this moment to keep our staff and guest safe. There is a rapid increase in cases all over the world and we prefer to provide a safer working environment. All our room amenities are available upon request should you need some throughout your stay. Our restaurant is open for breakfast only due to the current business levels and we will be offering dinner service again in the second week of May. There is a few restaurants just under 5 minutes of walking distance from the hotel which are open for dinner service most of the evenings. Please accept my sincere apologies for the issues you faced during your stay.
I hope you enjoyed Jasper and that you will consider one of our hotels in the future.

Thank you for your review. I was disappointed to read that we did not meet your expectations during your stay with us.
Please accept my sincerest apologizes regarding the issues that you faced. Unfortunately, at this time we are not providing a stayover service in order to keep you and our staff safe by limiting the contact. I'm sorry this has caused you grief. We do however, have someone available at the front desk 24/7 should you need any additional amenities.
The underground parking was temporarily unavailable due to a maintenance issue. It has since been fixed. Parking is at a first come first served basis due to the large amount of domestic travel we have been experiencing. The restaurant hours have been reduced due to the pandemic and staffing levels. Were are currently happy to be serving breakfast for our guests. We appreciate your understanding. Our swimming pool rules are posted in the pool area and it is labeled that they are unsupervised and at a use at own risk. I'm sorry if other guests in the pool area caused you discomfort. However, the pool area is for all vaccinated guests, including children.
