Emplacement fabuleux. Ce chalet confortable convient Ă  toutes les saisons et constitue un rĂȘve pour les artistes. La cuisine rĂ©novĂ©e du chef vous offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vivre des aventures culinaires amusantes, y compris une cave Ă  vin et un bar. Le comptoir spacieux est idĂ©al pour socialiser. Il dispose d'une terrasse extĂ©rieure privĂ©e avec un bain Ă  remous, une piscine et de nombreux coins salons. Vous serez Ă  distance de marche des restaurants, des magasins, des plages locales, du ferry de Jamestown et plus encore. Vraiment une trouvaille rare! Veuillez noter que le spa ne sera pas disponible en janvier / fĂ©vrier 2019 et que la piscine ouvrira Ă  la mi-avril 2019. DĂ©solĂ© pour le dĂ©rangement.

Le chalet offre un peu pour tout le monde Ă  tout moment de l'annĂ©e. Un endroit chaleureux et confortable pour rester en ville pour rendre visite Ă  la famille / Ă  des amis pendant les vacances d’hiver. Une fois le printemps / Ă©tĂ© arrivĂ©, profitez du pont arriĂšre et de la piscine. Lieu idĂ©al pour les petits groupes en ville pour des Ă©vĂ©nements sociaux, des mariages, etc. IdĂ©al pour les jeunes familles avec la plage de Mackeral Cove Ă  proximitĂ© et un terrain de jeu modernisĂ© adaptĂ© aux enfants, situĂ© de l'autre cĂŽtĂ© de la rue. Beavertail State Park (4 minutes en voiture), entre autres, est l'un des endroits les plus pittoresques de la Nouvelle-Angleterre. Aventurez-vous Ă  Newport juste aprĂšs le pont (5 minutes de trajet) ou prenez le ferry sans avoir Ă  vous soucier du stationnement. A 20 minutes des plages de Narragansett et Ă  10 minutes du charmant village de Wickford.
Vous aurez accĂšs Ă  toutes les parties de la maison. C'est Ă  vous d'en profiter!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming rental house in Jamestown, Rhode Island, for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. As a family of five, we found the house to be perfect for our needs. Its rustic charm added a cozy, welcoming vibe, and it was equipped with all the necessities to ensure a comfortable stay.The large backyard was a highlight, offering plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The house itself was well-maintained and had everything we needed to feel right at home.Most importantly, the owner, Steve, was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly accommodating, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed. His thoughtfulness and responsiveness made our stay stress-free and truly enjoyable.We highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Jamestown. It’s a gem, and Steve’s hospitality made all the difference. We’d love to return for future visits!

I’m local to the area but was moving and needed a place to stay while my stuff was in transit. This was perfect for me and my daughter. Close enough to walk to downtown and the playground. But also very quiet. Also close to Newport! Recommend!

We arrived to the quaint island of Jamestown with very high expectations and they were met in every way! Steve was such a large part of making our visit the best it could be; he was available to help with all of our requests, but also gave us our privacy, being the perfect host. For those that have never visited Jamestown, it is the perfect getaway for those who enjoy great food, beautiful scenery, and small town charm. We honestly did not need to leave this delightful island. Everything is within walking distance from Jamestown Cottage by the Sea: downtown, Mackerel Cove, victuals, great pizza, a breakfast cafe, the harbor, and even a florist, are all within walking distance. The cottage is spacious, clean, and beautiful, falling in line with the enchantment of Jamestown. Would we go back? As soon as possible!

This house was great and so was the host. We didn’t have enough time to explore the area of Jamestown but the house location was so great. Had all the amenities we needed. Comfy places to sit and relax inside and out. Steve was very responsive and helpful!

We had the perfect stay. The house was clean, quiet, and fully equipped with all the essentials and more. Everything was so well organized and we were never at a loss for finding anything we needed because everything was labeled so clearly. The pool, jacuzzi and fire pit were a nice addition and the house lived comfortably with multiple sitting and gathering areas. The convenience of location to the park, shops, beach and restaurants was paramount. The host was incredibly responsive to questions and worked to accommodate all our needs both before we arrived and during our stay. We look forward to coming back and would definitely choose to stay here again!

My adult children came in from all over the country for a family get together. The house was fantastic- immaculately clean, well appointed, super comfortable seating and beds. High quality towels and sheets and the host was great! Super responsive. Oh and the back yard with the pool was awesome. 10 out of ten on every aspect of the stay!

Perfect location! Short walk to get breakfast or a coffee in the morning and in the evenings an even shorter walk to the ice cream shop. My kids loved it. They would walk into town to get pizza. I finally felt relaxed on a family vacation since there was plenty to do in and around Jamestown as well as Newport. The pool float that Steve bought for us was fantastic. I would float and read my book. Would highly recommend.

This cottage was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. Even though we did not do the cooking, we certainly could have. The kitchen was nicely equipped and Steve even offered to make a special set of dishes available for us. Steve was very attentive to every detail. Check in was super easy, everything was clean, and the showers were stocked with toiletries. There is a great outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fire pit table which we did not use due to all the other activities we had planned but I would love to come back some day.

A great fall weekend stay just outside of Newport. Family of 5 slept comfortably. Very clean! It is obvious that Steve takes a lot of pride in his home. Communication with him was great throughout our weekend, making sure we had what we needed. Always love communicating directly with the home owner rather a business!

Steve’s labels and instruction manual was very clear and helpful, yet he still checked in with me to see if there was anything we needed. Steve is a fantastic host. He keeps you informed every step of the way. My family and I returned to Jamestown to disperse my husbands remains back to his happy place. Steve was very compassionate and made our stay very comfortable. It was a great respite during a difficult time. The property itself is well located and the pool and hot tub in the backyard were great, especially with kids.
