We understand your concerns regarding the dirt and stains in the room, particularly in the bathroom, as well as the loud conference music and announcements that disrupted your sleep. We assure you that we are taking immediate action to address these issues and will be implementing measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Regarding the uniformed employee urinating on the side of the hotel, we would like to clarify that this individual was not an employee of our hotel. We take the cleanliness and professionalism of our staff very seriously and will be investigating this matter thoroughly. Furthermore, we would like to clarify that the visible stains on the marble floor were part of the design and not a result of neglect or poor maintenance on our part. We apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding this may have caused. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to providing you with a superior guest experience.
