TRES BIEN MAIS ENCORE PERFECTIBLE !
Dommage que cet hotel ne dispose pas d une piscine attention à ne pas réserver une chambre du coté de la Mosquée car la prière commence à 5 heures du matin et pour 1 heure prévoir un miroir pliant de plus dans la salle de bain qui est trop sombre. le service a été excellent et j ai obtenu un check out à 14 heures ce qui compense l absence de piscine

Top location brand new hotel
Brand new hotel minutes and two blocks away from the main mall and main square and great location. As new, not yet fully organized and no liquor or alcohol beverages and hotel shared with offices.

Room wall seems thin. Could hear noises from next door and corridor. Room provided was near to a mosque with loud speakers. Could hear prayers early in the morning.

Helt ok hotell mitt i hjärtat av Jakarta. Dock väldigt mycket ljud och trafik dygnet runt. Se till att få rum som inte har fönster mot huvudgatan.

위치좋고 호텔직원들 친절하고 아침 뷔페도 매일 조금씩 바뀌고 호텔 주변에 대형 쇼핑몰도 여러곳있고 호텔맞은편 jalan sabang street food 가까이있어서 satay ayam맛집있어서 여러번 방문했어요.

Very good location, walking distance to the shoping, good restaurants and street food/night market. The room size is just enugh with good city view. I will be back in the same hotel in my next visits to Jakarta.

5 day’s work in Jakarta
Great location for a week working in Jakarta, fantastic staff, good breakfast, shopping just over the road. Book a room at the back of the hotel and it’s noise free!!

Intimate and personal. Loved my stay.
The hotel is of a more intimate size which made the experience more comfortable and personal. The level of service and attention surpassed my expectations. Congratulations and thanks to Four Points Sheraton. The breakfast was superb and had all the key elements of a good breakfast (variety, changing daily offerings) and provided quality over quantity. Congratulations to the chef. The room met all my needs for a business trip, although the corridor carpet on the 9th floor was heavily stained with unsightly dark red blotches all the way from the lift to my room. I think there needs to be better signage at the car entrance. So many grab drivers missed the entrance and had to reverse to enter the driveway to pick me up. One missed the entrance entirely and I had to cancel the booking, as it is along a one-way road. At the end of the day, it is the people who make or break a stay, and the team at Four Points Sheraton is really wonderful. Thank you!

Room is not so spacious but comfortable. Staff is friendly. But when I found a safety box in the room doesn't work and requested to fix it, no one came. I left memo in the room so that the house keeping could find it. Then the problem was solved.

Pretty old hotel, the soundproof for attached room is sooo bad. I could her the guest next room talking at 6AM in the morning. And the design for handicap toilet room is really bad too.
