Hotellet ligger en bra bit utanför city så man måste ta metron för att komma in till stan. När vi kom på kvällen så var det mycket pappersarbete att fylla i och personalen betedde sig konstigt och fick oss att känna oss obekväma. Rummet var i bra storlek men det verkade inte ha blivit riktigt städat eller att det hade stått utan gäster under en längre tid för det låg bös på golven. Lakanen var fläckiga och hade hål på sina ställen. Handduken på golvet utanför toaletten var helt brun/röd på undersidan och gråfläckig på översidan. Antingen hade de glömt att byta den vid städning eller så har personalen använt rummet efter förra hotellgästen. Under våran första morgon åt vi frukosten som ingick men när vi kom tillbaka till hotellet efter en dag ute i staden så kallade en personal på oss och sa att det inte ingick frukost i våran bokning och jag visade honom mitt mail som bekräftade att vi hade frukost och han lät oss gå tveksamt. På morgonen därpå kom en annan anställd fram till oss igen och påstod återigen att vår frukost inte ingick. Jag blev irriterad och visade återigen mitt mail och berättade för honom att vi specifikt hade sett till så att det ingick frukost när vi bokade för att det var ett krav ifrån vår sida för bekvämlighetens skull. När jag blev upprörd så menade han att det måste ha varit en miss ifrån hotel.com och att vi skulle glömma det. Rekommenderar inte detta hotell om man förväntar sig att få bo på det vis som bilderna visar och få fin service.

Excellent
Hotel was amazing, we spent 3 days and services offered by Hotel was amazing. Breakfast meal was included in our package and found Okay. Food at hotel was excellent and reseaonable..

On the main Riad, easy to get Taxi
Hotel front staff is not well trained about online prepaid bookings, furniture is run down and old. No chair in room. Room size was big. Restaurant expensive. Overall slightly above average..

Location is a constraint,else nice small hotel
Nice staff, rooms and service was also good. Had breakfast in the Hotel and the preparations were delicious. Would highly recommend it specifically royal rooms

Nothing exceptional...
At check in the guy took about 20 mins to figure out the reservation...later also the reception guy Rohit caused too much confusion and was asking for Rs 1000 more than what was decided for a cab that he arranged. Otherwise hotel is OK.. but beware of people trying to fool u in d hotel....
