très bon hôtel mais un peu trop éloigné
l hôtel a belle allure dans son quartier moderne, dès la grille on peut percevoir que le service de sécurité est présent en nombre et est vigilant. le lobby est vaste et est décoré de façon moderne. le check in s est déroulé assez rapidement mais a été assez froid la chambre était parfaite, conforme aux photos déposées, tout y est, la literie était impeccable, le linge dans la salle de bain nickel et les produits disposés de très bonne qualité. côté restauration le petit déjeuner est très bien, dommage que le jus d orange ne soit pas frais. pour le buffet des autres repas je l ai trouvé très bien aussi mais d un rapport qualité prix moins intéressant. (mais c est très pratique de dîner sur place). cependant je vous recommande les plats de pâtes proposés, ils sont très bons. j ai trouvé le personnel très professionnel et efficace ( au restaurant parfois un peu collant comme le soulignait un contributeur). attention pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger, l isolation interne est perfectible si vous avez des voisins peu discrets et sur l arrière de l hôtel vous entendrez très bien les klaxons des trains sur la voie ferrée. en conclusion je vous recommande cet hôtel qui présente de mon point de vue un bon rapport qualité prix même si j ai regretté son éloignement de la vieille ville (mais pour le coup c est de ma faute car j ai sous estimé le temps nécessaire pour rejoindre les quartiers intéressants ou l utilisation obligatoire des tuk tuks).

Hôtel irréprochable
Sans aucune hésitation, nous recommandons cet hôtel à tout voyageur qui cherche un établissement en dehors du vacarme du centre de la ville. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est somptueux tout comme celui du soir (réservez et prépayez vos diners à l'enregistrement, il vous en coûtera moins cher). La chambre et la salle de bains étaient les meilleures de notre voyage en Inde.

Cet hôtel est très beau, les chambres impeccables, une grande piscine sur le toit, un buffet pour le petit déjeuner énorme... Bref, notre séjour a été parfait dans cet établissement.

It’s breaking apart! Badly needs repairs/ overhaul. Tired linens. Sinking mattresses. Flat pillows . Broken lights bathroom mirror and electrical panels. Food so so. The coffee shop in lobby has no one. Even if someone shows up.. they cannot brew an espresso. Nothing great about location !! Right next to a new flyover.. with obvious traffic noise. Excellent people work there though. They try and make up by being prompt but unfortunately the management and the owners do not back up their efforts by doing their part to keep the property amenities up to the mark.

Need to work on customer satisfaction and making sure that rooms are cleaned properly. Cleaning services also need to come back and clean all rooms that were originally busy when they checked, to ensure proper service.

Staff was not well trained, service was 3rd class. Room key did not work when we checked in and it took 45 mins for them to figure out the issue at 11pm at night. Phone did not work and had to use cellphone to call general Google hotline to reach receptionist and in room dining. Phone kept ringing with previous alarms all thru the night.

Dil se open for customers.
It was an excellent stay at Holiday in. Specially I felt very much warmed seeing their gesture towards their guest and specially for the kids. Me and my daughter enjoyed a lot more in the hotel rather than the city outside. Excellent staff all across the sections.

I felt very safe inside the hotel. There are multiple checks to prevent outsiders from getting to your room. The room interior was very nice and room amenities were first class. I only had the continental breakfast and the idli/sambhar was outstanding the first few days of my stay. The rest of the food was mediocre. The hotel is quite centrally located.

The hotel is OK but not what I would expect of a Holiday Inn (and especially for the price compared to other hotels). The hotel is around a not so good-looking neighborhood and we had a "view" from our room to where people slept on the street. We tried different restaurants at the hotel, which were expensive, and food was not good at all. There was a plate I couldn't even eat once, and another time went for a more "generic" order of a burger which was super badly cooked. I can have burgers medium well even do its not as "safe", but this burger was completely rare on the inside as if they did not know how to cook it. Again, expensive, I should have gone to the McDonalds next door, but again I was trying to avoid going out after dark given the area. The only thing was the breakfast, which was good. I wouldn't rate it as excellent but it had decent food and we could enjoy a peaceful breakfast. In general, hotel is OK but there are other properties that might be better for the same price tag. Bit dissapointed from a big brand like this,
