PRIVATE BACKYARD OASIS

The backyard at Surf Luxe feels like your own private tropical resort, and guests consistently describe the backyard as the star of the property. Spend sunny afternoons floating in the heated (for a fee) saltwater pool, relaxing beneath the palms, grilling dinner on the patio, or practicing your putting while the kids play in the oversized backyard. As the sun sets, the pool lighting creates the perfect atmosphere for evening swims, cocktails, and outdoor dinners under the covered lanai.

💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.

🐾 Dog friendly stay: We warmly welcome well-behaved canine companions (no cats). Jacksonville Beach is dog-friendly, with many restaurants offering outdoor seating and water bowls for your pup.

• Up to 3 dogs

• $150 per pet fee

• Dogs should be house-trained or kenneled when alone

• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted



💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a $35/day heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).



📝 Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs



A POOL SAFETY FENCE is available and must be requested before check-in.
