Welcome to your Jacksonville Beach retreat that is “On the Beach”. Walk 50 steps from your front door and you will find yourself enjoying the beautiful white-sandy Beaches of Jacksonville.

Recently renovated, gorgeous 3 Bedroom Beach townhome with a view of the ocean from multiple 2nd level balconies.? Plenty of space, contemporary colors, white kitchen cabinets with cambria quartz counter tops, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, high speed internet and cable with 55” TVs in each bedroom and common area, high end Serta perfect sleeper pillowtop mattresses, imported bed linen, towels, and goose down comforters. This Beach townhome has it all!

This open and spacious unit features a large open floor plan with a designer sofa, open kitchen, dining table, 65" TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig, toaster, blender, cookware and so much more.

Bedroom Layout:

Bedroom 1: King bed with on-suite bath, 65” TV, walk-in glass shower, dual vanity and private balcony.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with on-suite bath, 55” TV and a full bath with a shower/tub combo and private access to the covered patio area at the rear of the building.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 55” TV and a private entry to a large balcony overlooking 1st Street.

The unit has a total of 4 balconies with views in every direction, from the beach and the ocean to 1st Street where you can watch people bike or run, along with the annual parades that entertain the locals in Jacksonville Beach.

This unit is provided with two parking spaces in a private parking lot, right outside of your door.
In-unit washer/dryer included.

We own the whole 6 unit building that features the same quality and services featured here, contact us for larger groups, family reunions, or multifamily bookings.

Age Restriction: You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve this property. Driver's License may be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet the minimum age requirement upon check-in will result in an eviction and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Important: The pet cost will be collected after booking is processed.

Pet Friendly Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 4 dogs. There is a fee of $150 per dog. Dogs must be well trained and less than 100 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). Please note without prior knowledge to LoveRentals, there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us before you travel.

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags, soap and shower accommodations (Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Lotion) . If you run out, you will need to replenish these products. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need.

No Smoking: No smoking is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fee.

This was the worst of our annual trips with my friends. The bedroom top of stairs bathroom was not cleaned well it had dried poop on the cabinet next to the toilet looks to be from last visit splatter. I can be contacted for details as this space is limited. Never got response from fan remote missing .Furniture not same as pic with less functionality. Kitchen several places where cabinet doors keeping dish washer and other drawers from opening..one cabinet glued as kept kitchen curtains from opening as rod had brike globe piece from previous use and was not fixed. Wooden top decks not usable co uld see loose or missing boards below. Towel and tissue holders broken in other bathrooms. Said newely renovated in description but unit issues show this information is outdated..Attaching pics

The bedroom and bathroom doors in the master could use some help. They won’t stay shut or lock. Other than that we had a great time. Very nice place.

Just okay stay

The best feature of this property are the balconies. There are 4 of them. It was relaxing to just sit on the balcony and just chill. Property management responsiveness to a couple of inconveniences (one of which we caused ourselves) was indeed commendable. Access to the beach is great.Things that I recommend be resolved at this property include:1) Master bedroom bathroom door needs to be fixed so that it actually shuts close.2) Mattresses in at least 2 of the bedrooms were lumpy, and likely should be replaced.3) Living room couch should be cleaned of the spots or a fitted cover put over it.4) Kitchen could benefit from an electric kettle.5) There was no bag to put in the trash can after taking out the trash.6) Every time the curtains in the kitchen were opened the rod fell. This was very annoying.7) The shower head for the bathrooms was on the ceiling. This was annoying to me but maybe not to others.8) Although we did not use the washer, it was badly rusted where the fabric softener receptacle should have gone.If these items could be resolved this would be a wonderful place to stay for a family. Otherwise, this seems like a place for "Fratty McFratstars" who could care less.

The place was ok. The curtains really need to be taken down and washed. They might want to make people aware that the coffee machine uses pods. The views of the ocean were nice to wake up to. It had enough room for the amount of people who stayed there

Easy Beach Access

Had a great time! Hopefully they will be done with construction soon. Glad we drove a truck, to deal with the mud, etc. Condo was perfect size for our family. It would be nice if the condo had a small vacuum to keep the floors clean. I definitely would stay again.

Road construction put a damper on atmosphere

Road construction put a damper on the atmosphere. The property needs overall a good scrub and maintenance performed. The owner responded in a timely manner and was very nice.

Typically the location would be great, but there is road construction going on at the moment. Still able to get to our parking, which was right in front of the condo - a great feature. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens good sized. Washer and dryer in #6 was really handy. Very responsive local property manager. Paint trim on the inside could use a refresh to make the property more inviting.

Beautiful, but Definitely needs a good cleaning and some updating.

When we first arrived they were doing road construction, and it took us a bit to figure out how to get to it. The parking lot isn’t great. We got in, and the place has so much potential, but definitely needs a different cleaning company. The master bed was covered in dog hair, the toilet had a black ring that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. They came and fixed it after I called the property manager twice, and they didn’t answer or call me back. I had to email the rental company. The floor was so dirty your feet would be dirty if you didn’t wear shoes. The washing machine was messed up, and wouldn’t spin. The door to the a/c unit was just standing there, not even attached. The ceiling fan in the spare bedroom was squeaking all night. The “sectional” is terrible. Very low to the ground, and not one piece. It all moves around. Dirty doors, floors. Does have some beautiful bathrooms, the beds are comfortable, loved the remote control ceiling fans, the kitchen is nice and had everything we needed. This would be a wonderful place and we would stay here again if it was cleaned and had some stuff fixed.

Nice place

We so enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds. Great arrangement of bedrooms and common space too. Was a little disappointed with the balcony views being a little hard to see the ocean. Also two showers are ceiling showers and the water was lukewarm by the time it got body level. Didn’t get hot water from the master bedroom sinks. Very easy check in and entry system. Very little to do to check out which is also nice! Overall I recommend this place!

The unit we stayed in was clean and well furnished. Some of the kitchen supplies needed updating and the icemaker did not work. Beds were very comfortable. The exterior of the building and the property itself needed some attention. A rake, a broom, and a blower would have definitely improved the curb appeal. We weren't sure if we had the right property when we pulled up, it looked abandoned. The outside balconies needed some new chairs, the plastic Adirondack chairs were all broken. Only one balcony was useable. Location to the beach was perfect!

The property provides plenty of space for a large group. 3 bathrooms was a real plus. Location is steps from the beach and bars, clubs, and restaurants are within walking distance. There is also a small coffee shop 2 blocks away. Loved the place.

Not well maintained

We recently completed our stay at Sandy Feet Retreat. The proximity to the beach and the ease of parking were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. I was very disappointed with the general condition and cleanliness of the unit. When we arrived there was a bag of garbage at the front door step. When we opened the door we were struck with an overwhelming smell of bleach. I thought that might mean that the unit was clean. This was not the case. The floors were very dirty. The following are the additional issues that I noted during our stay: balcony lights don't work, master TV doesn't work, nail sticking up on stair and lose tread, ice maker doesn't work, couch is so uncomfortable, chairs on balcony are broken and a hazard, one of the sinks in the master bath doesn't drain. We will not be renting this unit again as the bad outweighed the good.

Great location but lacking little things

Location of the condo was great but property needs some attention. Closet doors were falling off, broken blinds, holes in doors, missing light bulbs, toilet paper holders falling off wall and the biggest inconvenience was the broken outdoor sand shower so there was no way to rinse the sand off your feet without walking through the house.

Modern Style and Convenient

The owners were very helpful and responsive. The addressed every question he had. I like the charm of the small building and the conversion from a former motel to condos. Overall, the unit was nice and very comfortable for our family. I like the modern design choices. The development needs a tiny bit of TLC, but don't let that sway you from staying.
