Welcome to The Sand Castle - 2,423 square feet of comfort, perfect for families or groups of up to 12. With two separate living spaces, the downstairs is ideal for relaxing together, while the upstairs living area gives younger guests their own retreat.

The gourmet kitchen is stocked with everything you need, featuring a spacious island, coffee bar, and plenty of prep space. The dining table seats six comfortably, while the kitchen island adds seating for four, making it an ideal spot for shared meals or game nights. For even more entertainment, The Sand Castle features a spacious game room with a convertible pool/ping pong table and shuffleboard, perfect for friendly competitions and family fun after a day at the beach.

The Sand Castle offers a thoughtful layout with plenty of space for groups. Downstairs, you’ll find a large ensuite featuring a king bed, as well as a spacious queen bedroom. Upstairs, the primary ensuite includes another king bed, accompanied by two additional king bedrooms and a shared full bath. Each of the bedrooms include a Smart TV for unwinding at the end of the day. With multiple suites and generous sleeping arrangements, every guest can enjoy both comfort and privacy.

Designed for both relaxation and fun, the outdoor space at The Sand Castle is the ultimate getaway. Not only does this retreat have a sparkling heated pool framed by tropical landscaping, it also boasts a private putting green to practice your short game between swims, as well as a fire pit for some cozy fireside chats to end the night.

This beautiful home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, located under two miles from the beach. Beach towels and essentials are provided; just bring your swimsuit and enjoy the ocean and salt air. The home is also pet-friendly and work-friendly if you need to stay connected. It is situated three miles from the Mayo Clinic and a short drive to local shops and restaurants.

If you enjoy boating, there is boat parking available at the house, and the marina is just three blocks away!

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.
