Welcome to DuneRise: This property is managed exclusively by Welcome Home Rentals Jax Beach. LOCATED ON THE BEACH. DuneRise is a single-family, oceanfront home with a private beach access offering stunning views of the ocean with a spacious living area. A private elevator connects all three floors, making it easy to move around the house.

The ground floor features a guest room with a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a slider door that provides access to the covered patio, hot tub, and beach.

The second floor has a modern kitchen with high-end appliances and a breakfast bar. The walk-in pantry has ample space for your groceries, regardless of how long you stay with us. The kitchen is fully stocked with flatware, dishes, plastic dishes for use near the hot tub or for younger family members, cookware, pots and pans, bakeware, a coffee maker, cooking utensils, and everything you need for cooking at home. Open floor plan with the living room and dining area. You can enjoy your meals on the oceanfront balcony, complete with a grill for cooking out. There are plenty of board games on the sun seating bench in the living room. There is also a full bathroom on this level for any overflow guests.

The third floor features the primary bedroom, complete with an oceanfront private balcony, an en-suite bathroom boasting a large open shower, and a walk-in closet. Another guest room with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom is also on the third floor.

Enjoy beautiful views from the second and third-floor balconies, as well as the hot tub on the ground floor. You have your very own private walkway to the beach. The house is stocked with beach gear, towels, and stand-up paddleboards for your enjoyment.

There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.
