Le prix du stationnement n'a pas été mentionné à l'arrivée malgré que j'ai demandé que cela fonctionnait. La personne à l'accueil m'acdit de ne pas m'en faire avec ça donc jebpensais que c'était gratuit mais ce n'était pas le cas

Great pool, beach access super easy with kids. Bartenders at the pool bar were rude and made you wait forever while they stood there chatting.

The staff was friendly and the property was super clean. The walls are solid and I didn’t hear any of the guests next to us. The only thing that was annoying was having to ask for room service like twice (just to make sure your requests are fulfilled in a timely manner, ask the older/seasoned staff). It seems like the go to hotel for couples and families. There wasn't any frat / spring break nonsense going on. There are a few restaurants in walking distance but if you’re looking for more variety and you don’t mind a 20min drive you should check on St John’s Town Center. They have almost every store you can think of. I’m definitely coming back.

We come here every year the same week for a girls weekend. The room was dirty, after 3 days we had to ask two days in a row for more tp and to dump trash. Pool and jacuzzi had floaters of all sorts. Will not be back. Will try Courtyard next door next year! Sad

This property although doesn't meet the requirements for a 5 star, it's a 5 star in my book. Very clean inside and out. Staff is excellent, beach is beautiful and the hotel smells excellent.

Hotel had a weird smell and parking could have been better but its a weird location. Staff didnt speak much english so it was hard to get Gluten Free items.

Everyone was very kind and helpful soon as we arrived. We got there around 1 pm and checked in. They had a room ready for us. That was amazing. The pool is great. The breakfast was good. And they even have a coffee bar all the time! Would different recommend this place. We will be back our next trip to Jacksonville beach.

The white comforter and sheets look unkept and yellow. The microwave doesn’t work. The carpets were dirty. There’s no booklet information in room to show places to eat or to even order pizza. No TV channel list in room. Very disappointed…
