Worst hotel I have ever used in all of my life
Very dirty room. Just by walking barefoot in the room, the bottom of my feet would be black. Mold in the bathroom. They only clean the room once a week. Breakfast included, yeah right!!! They offer muffins (the ones you get in vending machine) and granola bars. Because of my work, I spend probably half of my time in hotels. This was the worst I have ever had in all my life. That was my first experience with hotels.com. I don't think I will use them again in the future.

Lots of homeless. Some displaced people staying there which is great except the lobby smelled like weed. And there was a great deal of arguing on Saturday afternoon and on Sunday morning.

I gave this hotel a 4 because it really is not bad. We have never stayed at Extended Stay so we didn't know what to expect. The check in was slow because the clerk was brand new and there was a concert in town. The hotel is old and a bit run down but the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel sits perfectly for interstate access; easy in and out. It also sits perfectly next to some nice restaurants like Ruth Chris and BBs. Most importantly, we felt very safe!

Terrible customer service. There was a nationwide outage of the computer system, and the front desk staff couldn’t complete check in fully. Their only solution was “we can refund you.” There ended up being about 10 of us in the lobby that Manager Wyn wanted to refund and send us out to sleep in our cars, rather than find a creative solution to get us checked into rooms we had already reserved and in many cases already paid for. This was three-hours before a large concert at the Jacksonville stadium that many of us had driven in hours to attend. And because it was a huge concert night, all surrounding hotels were sold out. Manager Wyn exhibited absolutely zero concern for customer service, and zero compassion for our plight whatsoever. She only cared about clinging to a line about company policy. The system could see our names and reservations, and the keycard machine worked, but the machine wouldn’t let them take the final step to have us sign the stay agreement. Many of us suggested they let us sign manually, and we could all come back to the desk later when the system was back up. The manager was not at all willing to entertain creative solutions to get us into our rooms. She didn’t care that we would all have nowhere to sleep, and was just concerned about protecting herself with the shield of “company policy.” The worst, most offensive thing - they called the cops on the 10 of us in the lobby! Like its unreasonable for us to be upset with the customer service.

It was run down. I didn’t see anything dirty but it felt dirty. We walked into a room that had a weird smell. The cabinets looks like they were chewed on. We went to buy disinfectant spray. We didn’t sleep. It was sooooo noisy. Any noise outside or in the hall way echoed in the room. The faucet started ringing in the middle of the night. Horrible. The hall smelled like we*d. There were men gathered down stairs smoking it by a car.

Diane or whatever her name is checked me in & charged my card for parking. I get to my room, somebody else is in the room. I tell her I have to use the ladies room she then tells me no and that my reservation has been deleted but she’s satisfied with taking my money. I’m disgusted with her and her rude manners & horrible knowledge of computer software systems. I’m disputing everything. Keep in mind this happened at 2/3am and I’m a traveler. Who needed to get a little rest.

I arrived at the property early, requested an early check in but when we got her at 12pm and check in is at 3 we were told that it would cost 10.00 per hour to get an early check in. I asked if there was a place we could go to eat until 3 they told us yes but they couldn't keep our luggage but we had too many in our party. They also didn't have a bathroom for us to use. The manager's attitude was very smart. The desk clerk tried to help. Would not stay there again. I had 7 rooms. Also, when i booked the room was not told about the 100 damage deposit

Upon entering the room, we saw giant cockroaches that could have easily taken my child hostage and they would have put up a hell of a fight. I didn’t even put my bags down. The hotel at first refused to refund us until I called my bank myself and disputed it. The lobby attendant at the front desk as well was so stoned out of his mind he couldn’t comprehend what I was trying to explain to him. I don’t expect the ritz at all but a little bit more of a concern would have been nice or even just a hey sorry about that here’s your money back.

Beds were very firm and uncomfortable. My room water pressed was not the great and didn't help the shower head sucked. The bathroom sink cold water did not work but realized you had to turn it on from the main under the sink and the reason is because the cold water nob of you turned it off from the fauset the cild water still was coming out. Ine of the house keepers was very rude when ask not to do my rooom.
