Living space

The unit occupies the full upper floor of a duplex - not the entire duplex, but a self-contained space with its own private street entrance and smart lock self check-in. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep the Florida climate in check through every season, while WiFi and a TV are there for quieter evenings in. An exterior doorbell camera provides added security at the entrance.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms across four beds accommodate up to eight guests: a king bed in one room, a queen in another, and two full beds in the third. Whether you're traveling as a family, a group of friends, or colleagues on an extended work trip, the layout adapts well. Bed linens and towels are provided.

The full kitchen is stocked for proper home cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are all on hand, along with a coffee maker, toaster, baking sheet, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. Coffee is provided and ready to brew. The dining table seats six, making group meals or slow morning coffees equally easy. A washer and dryer in the unit keeps things self-sufficient, and extended stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - everything you need to arrive light and settle straight in.
