What sets AquaTerra apart is its premium amenities, which can be enjoyed without ever leaving the property. Whether you're floating in the heated (for a fee) pool, competing on the putting green, gathering around the fire pit, watching football on the outdoor TV, or enjoying the pool table lounge upstairs, AquaTerra was designed to bring people together while still offering plenty of space to spread out and relax.



HEATED SALTWATER POOL

The heated and cooled saltwater pool creates the perfect year-round retreat. Start your mornings with a peaceful swim, spend afternoons soaking up the sun, and unwind at night as the pool glows beneath the palms.



💦 POOL HEATING | $35/DAY

Pool heating is available for an additional $35/day from September 15 – May 15, with at least 72 hours' advance notice. The pool is heated to a target temperature of 85°F; however, temperatures are not guaranteed when overnight lows fall below 55°F.



PRIVATE PUTTING GREEN

One of AquaTerra's most unique features, the private three-hole putting green creates the perfect setting for friendly competitions, morning practice sessions, and post-beach entertainment. Combined with the pool, outdoor TV, and fire pit, the backyard feels more like a private resort than a traditional vacation rental.
