Ceci est le condo idéal pour vos vacances parfaites! Fernandina Cay est idéalement situé, à deux pas de l'océan et à quelques minutes à pied de Putt Putt ou de Fort Clinch. Vous n’avez pas l’impression de vous rendre à pied au restaurant Salt Life. Centre-ville historique est un court trajet en voiture sur la route. Ce condo est très bien situé.

Carrelage moderne situé dans tous les espaces de vie du condo et nouveau tapis dans les chambres! Ce condo vient d'être décoré et tous les meubles sont neufs et pleins de confort. Il y a un joli balcon face à l'océan et la vue se prolonge jusqu'à l'intérieur de l'unité.

Il y a des canap��s confortables (l'un est un canapé-lit queen) dans le salon et une grande télévision connectée.

La salle à manger a une grande table parfaite pour les réunions de famille et il y a des tabourets de bar pour des sièges supplémentaires. Si vous préférez, n'hésitez pas à profiter du balcon extérieur pour dîner en plein air ou pour prendre votre café du matin.

La suite principale comprend un lit king-size, une télévision, un dressing et une salle de bain avec double vasque, douche à l'italienne et baignoire de jardin. Elle se distingue des 2 autres chambres pour plus d'intimité.

La 2ème chambre a un lit queen et la 3ème chambre a un lit queen et les deux chambres ont une télévision et chacune a sa propre salle de bain.

Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond et les hauts plafonds les rendent très claires et aérées.

Ce condo est livré avec 1 espace désigné à l'intérieur du garage fermé et sécurisé. À l’intérieur du garage, vous trouverez un espace de rangement verrouillé pour les chaises de plage. L'ascenseur du garage ouvre directement à l'entrée de cette unité. Très privé.

Pour ceux qui préfèrent se détendre au bord de la piscine (non chauffée), nous l’avons aussi! Derrière le condo, il y a une petite piscine privée avec accès fermé. Après une journée à la mer, venez vous détendre près de la piscine et profiter d’une baignade rafraîchissante.

Il y en a beaucoup pour toute la famille. Les belles plages, plusieurs terrains de golf, tennis, pétanque, voile, surf et paddle, etc. S'il vous plaît venez voir tout ce que Amelia a à offrir. Vous ne voudrez plus partir !!

Great Stay!

Location was great for beach access, close access to food options. A quick ride into Fernandina. House was clean and very spacious. Loved the private access to the elevator for loading and unloading. NEVER heard a neighbor in the surrounding condo units. The porch was a great place to relax and hangout at the end of the day! Would Definitely stay again!

Nice, comfortable condo with everything we needed. The location was perfect. Just across the street from the beach, and Fort Clinch a block away. In addition to hanging out on the beach, we enjoyed biking at Fort Clinch and to the downtown area.

Nice condo location access to the beach, needs a little care

We had a relatively nice stay here for 6 nights. Pros: location, size of the unit, living room sofas/chairs very comfortable. Pros: great location to walk to places to eat and the beach and park. 5 minutes from the downtown with great shops and restaurants Cons: very dirty dishes in the cabinets with baked on food, only 3 coffee mugs, no dust pan or way to clean or sweep the floors, fitted sheet in primary bedroom does not fit the bed and comes off all night long, Do not book this for the pool as it as the deck/chairs are in bad shape. Also note the 'starter' pack only includes 4 beach towels - should be more for a 3 bedroom unit. This condo could be VERY nice with a few amenities and cleaning.

Fantastic beach property!

Super clean! Very roomy! Great location! Totally comfortable stay for 6 adults. Huge, fully stocked kitchen. Great washer and dryer. Clean and private pool on the property. Not a heated pool but so comfortable. A two-minute walk to the beach and the two popular area restaurants. A convenience store one-minutes' walk away. Downtown was 8 minutes away. 5 minutes to a grocery and local restaurants. Best porch on the elevated first floor where we spent time watching the waves and passersby. The porch/balcony was a family favorite early in the morning and in the evenings. The beds were comfortable and the unit was updated nicely and decorated appropriately for a beach property. Above our expectations.

Company Annual meeting

Our employees from all over the US came for our annual meeting. We rented 3 units and congregated in this one because of the updated kitchen and decor. There was plenty of room for the 14 of us to meet and mingle. Beautiful property!

Location, Location, Location

We were so happy to discover that this Condo looked exactly as it was portrayed in photos on VRBO. Extremely spacious, especially the primary bedroom & adjoining bath. Everything was bright & cheerful & we enjoyed being able to see the beach from our windows. Loved having a garage & keycode entry system, alleviating the need for keys. Made it so easy for family members to come & go with ease. The location includes everything. A beach view with easy walk to the sand. Two restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store/gas station behind the building. The owners have equipped this unit with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms, including beach towels, toys, & chairs. After returning from the beach, we especially enjoyed taking a swim in the enclosed pool. We were a family of 6 adults, and had plenty of sleeping accommodations for everyone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointed, roaches all over kitchen area. Counters, dishes, floor and inside dishwasher. Rented for 8 people and contract stated linens provided. We had three washclothes. Also, stated we’d have access to beach supplies. The locker had master lock and no key provided. We’ve visited Amelia for 30 years now. Staying in numerous condos and homes. Never been disappointed but this wasn’t a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend this area if you have small children. It’s very crowded and have to cross a busy street to get to the beach.

It was a great location to the beach the fort and the historic district. I think you need a couple more hand towels for the kitchen. There was only one. Check kitchen supplies as some items are needed like pizza cutter etc. the dishwasher needs to be secured to the counter as it falls forward. Thanks. Very spacious unit.

Glorious!

My family and I spent Thanksgiving in the condo. The week was fantastic. The condo was easy to access. No keys involved which was very convenient since we had 5 people staying. The condo was clean and very nicely furnished. Plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen was outfitted with high end appliances. Being a former professional cook I really appreciated the kitchen. I couldn't find the beach chairs but that was no problem we didn't lounge on the beach. I would highly recommend staying at this property and would definitely rent again!

Cannot Wait to Come Back!

We feel like we should say thank you for allowing us into your home! This condo was pristine, it was so perfectly decorated, it was comfy and accomodating. We just loved everything about the location and the property. It was all perfect for two families with kids- restaurants within walking distance, a beach view from the patio, a pool on-site and a state park and putt-putt right across the street! We would be so happy to call this our forever vacation destination!
