Bon séjour mais...
Nous avions hâte de séjourner dans cet hôtel car tout semblait parfait (bonnes notes, bons commentaires, tarif élevé...) mais nous avons été très déçu ! L'enregistrement s'est plutôt mal passé avec une réceptionniste désagréable qui n'avait pas envie d'être là, qui ne nous a pas dit 'bonjour', nous a mal parlé et qui récité son texte sans aucune émotion ou envie. Nous lui avons fait remarquer et lui avons même demandé si on la dérangeait tellement ça en était gênant ! Une fois ce moment passé, nous sommes allés à notre chambre qui était superbe ! Décorée avec goût et avec des jolis matériaux et calme. La piscine est, elle aussi, sympa même si le fait qu'elle soit ouverte sur l'extérieur fait qu'elle soit vite sale... et les 2 employés qui étaient assis à côté ne semblaient pas trop s'en soucier de toute façon (pas un bonjour non plus d'ailleurs quand nous sommes arrivés). Le petit déjeuner le lendemain était copieux, avec beaucoup de choix et très bon. Pour résumé, nous avons passé un bon moment globalement mais sommes déçus de l'attitude de certains employés qui font descendre la note et qui donnent une mauvaise image de l'hôtel.

We had a nice stay. The hotel is currently undergoing some renovations but nothing about that affected our stay. The rooms and hotel were clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was very convenient but the same every morning. Would’ve liked to see some different options throughout the week. The location was a walkable mile from the downtown and there are a couple of food options closer. All rooms view parking lots but fortunately we could see the mountain from our room too. We would stay here again.

My stay at THE LODGE at Jackson Hole was nothing short be of fantastic. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding amenities, and superb service made it an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking for a top-tier stay in Jackson Hole. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel is very nice, beautiful location, dining nearby and the staff was great. The rooms were comfortable and the amenities are well maintained. The only issue we had was that our room looked out over the dumpsters in the parking lot which was full of mattresses and box springs. Every night around 6:00 or so, the staff would build a barrier of old mattresses behind the dumpsters and have a cookout. If the staff is unaware they should take notice, and if the staff is aware and doesnt care - they should.

Very cute hotel! I loved all the bears around as decor! Seemed liked a lot of amenities were present though we didn’t get to use them due to being out of the hotel mostly for visiting the parks. The shower is very nice as well! Little tricky at first to figure out due to amount of options but it’s nice to have!

Just a 20 min walk from town center, they offer free shuttle service too. Rooms were freshly updated and super clean. Breakfast was decent. Two unfortunates: 1. Garbage trucks showed up outside my room on Friday at 5:00AM. Awful racket that lasted 15 mins. 2. Front desk was understaffed n a Thursday afternoon with the desk clerk managing snack sales, check ins, check outs, phone inquiries and questions from guests.

Our Stay was wonderful. Breakfast was great. Reservation was in between a fraternity so they upgraded us to two rooms instead of one In a different area. The lodge includes Indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, Laundry room, and a gym. It’s in walking distance of a very nice Albertsons for groceries with other restaurants around it. Has a local shuttle bus stop right in front of lodge. Will definitely stay here on my next trip to Jackson hole.

Place was great very clean and well maintained. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of driving and flying. Went to the lounge bar and the bartender was very pleasant to talk to don’t remember his name but I was there the night of 4/2

The rooms are big and very comfortable however there is too much furniture in them and a restaurant in the hotel is needed

We do apologize for the inconvenience in our kitchen being closed for the time you were here. It was a great stay at the lodge and I will do it again next year. I wish it easier to try to get my refund because I had to leave a day early due to a snowstorm

I had some issues with my reservation. Staff made absolutely zero effort to help. It took me 8 hours to even get the front desk to answer the phone.

Per our notes we do show that you spoke to our front desk as you wanted to move your reservation to different dates on the day of your arrival. The breakfast buffet was awesome, many choices and great food! Room was large and comfortable. The only negative was elevator was out for 3 days making it extremely difficult for some guests. Beautiful property, would stay again!
