« The staff were so helpful here. The place has character and the location is amazing close to the chairlift and can see the mountain from the room. The room has everything we needed and loved the onsen. Breakfast was typical Japanese style but as a buffet so could help yourself and you could ski straight into the warm room to leave our equipment. »

« This is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a more traditional Japanese stay while in a ski town! The lady at the front desk was amazing and super helpful! The onsen was a great added bonus! The breakfast was always very good! Good location between happo one and the bus terminal. Also ski rentals are very close. Everything in walking distance. »

« The room was well prepared with everything needed. The projector was a fun addition for our evening entertainment. The washing machine is in not in the unit, but in the shared management building. Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy. »

« La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. « This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! »

« Great place to access the village and restaurants. A short walk to the Happo One bus terminal so it was easy to get to all of the ski areas of Happo Valley. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a nice bonus that we weren’t expecting. »

« perfect for a couple nights while snowboarding at the ski hills nearby! the lovely lady, who i’m assuming is the owner, was just the sweetest lady. she was more than happy to help us sort out transportation around town and to the ski hill, make dinner reservations for us, and drive us to the shipping outlet to ship our bags to the airport. i would absolutely recommend, and i will definitely be back! »
