Great Place!
We loved our stay! There was so much for our family to do just on the property that we spent most of vacation on the property. Lots of great trails by golf cart, lots of views, my kids loved the creek, and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The cabin was clean and cozy, too!

Home away from home
We live this cabin. This was our 3 stay here and it feels like home. Love watching the ducks in the pond from the hot tub. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The heated bathroom floor is amazing. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect!
This house and property were gorgeous! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the heated floor in the bathroom after motorcycling all day in low temps. The house is very cozy and well decorated. Loved watching the ducks on the pond in the back. And the screened-in porch with swing, fire-table and hot tub inside - soooooo delightful! Would definitely stay again!

Awesome place
We enjoyed this place, it was super nice, really clean and comfortable. Has covered parking for a truck and a boat or two boats with receptacles for batter charging.

Overall this cabin was accurate as presented. The bed was comfy, although makes noise if one person moves around. The only reason for 4 stars on location is that there is a bit of road noise off and on. There are several other houses on the property, down the hill but far away. The bathroom was very nice and well stocked for shampoo/towels/toilet paper. The addition of pump hand soap would be handy. There was a nice TV with recliner and good dining room table. Coffee/powered creamer/sugar available. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked well kept. Covered parking was a bonus. Watched the ducks in the pond down the hill. Handy location for the Shiloh national park and near by state parks. If you use the bed in the upstairs loft, know that the area is open to the living below (if that matters). We would stay here again.

Charming Convenient Cabin
This family of 4 loved our weekend stay here! The hosts truly made us feel right at home! Upon pulling up we were welcomed by property owner Bob, his pup Ol’ Red and host Chanin - who couldn’t have been nicer. This 150 acre property hosts the cabin, along with a few tiny homes around a small pond w/ ducks and fish (bring your poles), and below a mountain top vista with views of the lake. The hosts were gracious enough to let us use their off-roading golf cart to explore the property, including Bob’s man cave with some amazing memorabilia! The photos really do not do this adorable cabin justice. The kitchen has all you need with indoor and outdoor eating spots. The master bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom’s heated floors were a nice touch. The screened in porch’s super clean jacuzzi, table top propane fire pit (perfect for s’mores) and outdoor furniture was a favorite for us!!! Surround sound (inside & outside, including the patio), Alexa, large TVs w/ direct tv and Wi-Fi all easy to use. The cabin is located right off the main road just minutes from the MS TN border. Short drives to anywhere you want to go including boat rentals (highly recommend), shake shack (a must), local grocery shop and a few restaurants. This was our 1st trip to Pickwick and definitely not our last. We created some wonderful family memories and loved our time at the cabin. This is a little gem and perfect for a family or couple looking for a getaway!

2 minutes from Aqua
My fiancé and I had a great time staying here to celebrate his birthday weekend. They provided everything that we ever could have needed. The back porch with hot tub and fire pit were wonderful at night, and the heated floors in the master bathroom were perfect! The location is 2 minutes from Aqua, which is right on the water, and just across the bridge, you have most of your restaurants. We absolutely loved staying here!

If you are staying anywhere near pickwick, I highly suggest this house. The pictures don't do justice. It's beautiful. It highly exceeded our expectations. It's in the perfect location. There was plenty of room for me, my husband & 4 kids. The back porch is where we spent most of our time, the hot tub is great to relax in after a long day on the water. This will be our families new go to place anytime we stay in the area.

Excellent location and beautiful house
We had a bass tournament on Pickwick, fishing wasn't so great, but we were 2 minutes from the nearest ramp. The house made up for the trip. Beautiful log cabin feel, the covered car port with lights was great for rigging after dark. The hot tub was great after a long day on the water and peaceful watching the ducks in the pond. The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing, along with the 'just in case' toiletries. If we ever do decide to try Pickwick again, we will definitely be choosing here again.

We had a wonderful time here at the Main Cabin. Everything was clean, the views were beautiful. The Owner and his dog were around and we got to meet them, Bob and Ole Red were so nice. We loved watching Ole Red follow Bob around the property. Watching the ducks at the pond was enjoyable. We absolutely loved the hot tub on the deck, It was so relaxing. It is a beautiful place to stay. The host was the sweetest Lady, she showed us around and was available if we needed anything. She provided extra snacks and coffee and toiletries if you forgot to bring something. That was a nice touch. The house has a whole home speaker system with Alexa, we really enjoyed listening to music throughout the house and on the deck. We will definently be returnimg guests.

Our 2nd stay at this property and we enjoyed it just as much as the 1st. We spent all weekend on the screened in back deck enjoying the hot tub, fire pit and watching the ducks in the pond. Feels like home!

We travel often and this property has been my favorite so far. The cabin is beautiful with a lot of outdoor space. The screened back porch was perfect for watching the ducks in the pond. The owner of the property and the property manager both checked to see we had everything we needed. It felt like home.

My husband and I were here this weekend for a short "babymoon" getaway and it was perfect! The cabin and the property are absolutely beautiful. The cabin was very clean and stocked with everything you could need, plus extras. The host is wonderful, and adds little touches that makes your stay even more special. It was quite cold over the weekend and the fire pit and, especially, the hot tub were amazing. There's a fireplace in the living room and the downstairs bedroom which was lovely. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay here and plan to come again!

Peaceful Weekend Getaway
Things were GREAT. The cabin was exactly as it appears in pictures. No surprises and no headaches. The property manager and I exchanged texts effortlessly. Check in and check out was a breeze. Everything in the cabin was very nice. The kitchen area was the perfect size, master bath was great, porch, covered garage, living room & back deck were all nice as well. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, dishes for anything you want to do. We experienced no issues or problems. The manager was kind enough to allow us a few perks and also the cabin was stocked to the brim with items. A little assortment of snacks, bathroom necessities in case we forgot something and an over stocked kitchen (tools, seasonings, home goods, etc). The entire stay was quiet and peaceful. We wish it had been cool enough to use the nice fireplaces. A Few Personal Opinions: (Not to be confused with CONS or problems, as I said simple opinions) 1. A small little sign on the fridge as a reminder to turn Ice Maker on. 2. Master Bed was a tad firm/stiff, but that could be preference. 3. Hot Tub, 2 in our party were short, Maybe a small little step to help people enter and exit the hot tub easier. 4. Although the cabin had 2 bedroom areas, the loft bedroom isn't very private, might be better for parents and children. We found ourselves needing to avert our eyes while people changed clothes. 5. During your stay you should try The Outpost and/or The Farmhouse Restaurant. Both were great. Thanks

The cabin was lovely, we stayed a few days after Christmas so the warm lighting was very inviting, I loved that. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and super helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

I cannot say enough great things about this cabin.
This was a great trip from the moment I arrived until we had to leave. The property manager met my son and I at the property and walked us through everything inside and out. It was such a smooth process and we had an amazing time. The way they worked with me to surprise my son our first full day there made my entire trip wonderful. I will be back here again and would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Renting a cabin and getting at home are very different, they made this feel like home.

Great spot for a family gathering
We had family gather at the main cabin from Louisiana, Wisconsin, and Tennessee for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a wonderful spot with all the space and amenities we needed. The fire places made it very cozy and the hot tub was certainly an added bonus. Ole Red (the property dog) provided endless entertainment and affection throughout our stay. We will certainly be back!

Planning and executing this trip was seamless. The reservation process was smooth and the Property Manager was responsive. The accommodations were amazing and the property was located to numerous attractions. The amenities were amazing, the owner thought of everything . We had an occasion to call the Property Manager due to locking ourselves out and the property manager was extremely responsive and understanding. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

You Won't be disappointed !!!!!!!!
I was there fishing a bass tournament, great location, 1/2 mile from the state line boat ramp, easy in easy out. Covered car port deep enough and big enough for 2 21 foot bass boats, no need to cover your boat or put rods away. The owner and right hand girl Channon were so nice and very accommodating, could not have asked for better hospitality. Looking forward to staying here again for sure.

Memorial Day Weekend
My husband and I along with another couple stayed at this property. It was very clean and furnished beautifully and had anything that you would need. The hospitality from the owners was great! The property is gorgeous and well manicured. It’s minutes from the lake and we highly recommend staying here.
