Hotel vieillissant , petit déjeuner le même chaque jour . Les chambres sont pas très propres. Le personnel moyen . Seul point positif l'emplacement pas loin de la place taksim.

Don't book for families
There is a club right beside this hotel - they play music until 2am!!! We booked it as it said good for families but we had to drown that music out to go to bed. If we knew this we would have picked a different hotel.

In a word, it was horrible. I had ordered an airport transfer from the hotel, for a charge of E 50. The transfer car did not show up, yet the hotel insisted on charging me the E 50. This to me was unethical, unprofessional and theft. I would advise all potential guests from giving this hotel the widest possible berth.

The property was very central , the staff were all very nice and couldn’t help us enough However the rooms are in need of refurbishment, the cupboards were all battered and wood chipped off, there is hardly any room to unpack your clothes either, no wardrobe only a rail with a few hangers, the carpets stained , the sheets and towels were not white and had stains on them The hotel is also on a very steep hill and some people may struggle

Rough neighbourhood
It’s a city break hotel with tiny rooms and loud neighbourhood. The staff is supportive but they are highly short staffed if you ask for something it can take ages. The linen is old and has holes in the them. Just in case they don’t tell you it is on a steep hill street and the neighbourhood is rough. I would never book there again. No offence to the staff

My Tryp Opinion
Lovely nice 3-4 star hotel, 1 minute walk from Taksim Square. Just next to the Sofitel Hotel. Has a nice Pool and Sauna downstairs, the Spa Massage is not free though, wish their massage prices are more reasonable. The staff are very helpful and attentive.

AVOID! Not safe!
AVOID!!!!! I booked for 2 nights, checked into Tryp at Taksim late in the day, on arrival I was taken to my room which was a mess and hadnt been cleaned. Subsequently I was taken to a few other rooms, all the same, it was the 4th room I was shown which was clean however the remote and smaller things were disgusting and looked like they had never been cleaned. The room was extremely cold and took far too long to heat up. I used the swimming pool to try wind down and even that was freezing. I woke up the next day with a sore back from the bed, some other guests complained about the same. The housekeeping entered my room without knocking which was ridiculous, made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe as I'd previously heard of valuables being stolen from hotel rooms. At this point I had decided I was moving. Before leaving I was going to take a shower and pack to move, the shower water was yellow, I let the water run for 10 mins and was still yellow, absolutely disgusting! I spoke to Hotels.Com about a refund and the hotel have only issued it for the 2nd night as I never stayed, but not the 1st. The hotel shouldn't even be open, it's one of the worst I've stayed in and definitely the opposite of covid safe!

Why ?It's Wyndham right??? Or is hostel?
I don't like to write bad but for this hotel I get inspiration. First I am book something what I didn't see in live 😁. Not recommended not value. My score is 1 of 10. Just because I was there I will not give 0. Location horible infront holmes sleep and very deep street to come with luggage (off course no help from hotel) Reception so much people no help even for wifi they don't know to explaine . Check in so long waiting for nothing. Room small smell horible bed and sheet horible like in hostels. Breakfast FOR ALL MY LIFE I never see so POOR breakfast very big shame for Istanbul hospitality. I was trying to find something nice hmmmmm but sorry I don't have . Don't go there if you want to fell real turskish hospitality. They do t knoe to say Meraba to the custemer so rude. Balcony roof top horible but view off Istanbul beautiful. I check out today and still I am like very surprised even I stayed only 2days.

The hotel was good for its price clean with nice dining view just the location is in a skitchy place where homeless are sleeping across the entrance.

Bad small Room smokey
The room was snaller than advertised. The gave us a queen bed we were supposed to have a king. We were on 2nd floor non smoking but smoke permiated out room all night. Probably from the group of workers and guys who hung out in lobby all the time. Felt very uncomfortable as result. Hardly slept.

We will not come back
My friend and I had a very tiny room. We were disappointed because it looked much better on photos. Staff members were not very friendly and welcoming. We asked for two keys but the front desk said we can't have two with no any explanation. Breakfast included three cucumbers, two slices of cheese and omelet. Ridiculous.

Crisp white sheets and comfortable bed Large bathroom and strong rain shower with pressure that could clean a circus elephant Nice pool, sauna and steam room (steam room closed until further notice). *Pool deck hours are not posted in the room's guest directory portfolio (10am-10pm) Front desk friendly and quick to solve problems Public areas and carpets clean and modern Housekeeping: friendly guy and efficient. -Some of the room furniture needs replacing asap. E.G., table and chair I did not use (heavily marked/stained) -Unsightly black mold on silicone caulking behind bathroom faucet - this is an easy fix so I don't know why it's left for the guest to see/review? -Door to Juliette balcony is locked. Would have been nice to people watch and get fresh air -Breakfast is good and uniquely Turkish but could use more variety. Coffee is good and view is redeeming. Overall great value and high standards. I enjoyed my time here and would stay with Tryp again.

The room I reserve I did not get they have available normal and small room the staff advice me is full what is the use of reservation, then they transfer me to villa I dont have option wmd I get, I want spacious room. Unfortunately im not happy. I check out easily only 1 night I use im not comfortable to stay. Expedia next time if some one select room as per reservation what they want inform the hotel to reserve i was too upset I paid what room I want at the end of the day nothing..
