Petit déjeuner au compte goutte: pas d'eau, pas de jus d'orange, morceaux de fruits coupés en morceaux avec les épluchures encore dessus, les serveurs vous débarrassent la table alors que vous avez pas terminé, les serveurs ne vous demande même pas votre numéro de chambre pour voir si vous êtes bien client de l'hôtel ou que vous avez bien payer votre petit déjeuner, certains clients de l'hôtel font trop de bruit la nuit sans être interpellé par les la reception ou personnels travaillant à l'hôtel, bref je n'y retournerai plus.

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel accueillant et toujours prêt à aider. déjeuner très varié et le personnel du petit-déjeuner est très aimable. la chambre était parfaite, seul bémol, les murs sont trop minces.. on entend les voisins de chambre et les portes claquer.L'environnement de l'hôtel est parfait, très près de la station de métro Shishane et près de la tour galata et à une rue de Istiklal. De plus cet hôtel, possède un gym gratuit et bien équipé. je reviendrais à cet hôtel en tout temps.

La première mauvaise surprise c'est l'état de propreté de la chambre ...Poussière,sol collant. Ensuite le bruit en continu et toute la nuit ...Les chambres sont en face de gros moteurs de climatisation d'un hôtel voisin . Le petit déjeuné est moyen,toujours la même chose ...

Otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde. Biz aile odasında kaldık oda küçük ebeveyn tarafında banyo var arada paravan kapı yapmışlar tuvalete girmek isteyen ebeveyn tarafına geçmek zorunda. Ayrıca kaldığımız oda temizlik personeli odasının yanıydı sürekli bir gürültü konuşma. Ve en kötüsü oda da pencere yok, çocuk tarafında bina boşluğuna bakan bir pencere vardı oda kilitli idi. Bir parmak boşluktan ne hava gelirse artık. Gece sıcaktan bayılacak dereceye geldik. Resepsiyon personelleri çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Akşam dolaştıktan sonra çay içelim dedik 4 çay bir sıcak kakao 400 tl ödedik. Sabun havlu traş seti diş seti detayları düşünülmüştü.

We had several rooms booked, and reconfirmed a day prior to our travel (having seen other poor reviews), but upon arrival at the hotel and after 10-15 mins the reception at first advised we did not have all rooms booked and then said none of the rooms were available due to "natural disaster" The whole party was moved to another hotel for 1 night out of our 3 night stay. No manager was available until the 3rd night to be able to discuss this. On the second day in the hotel restaurant, whereby we had paid for dinner and was supposed to be open from 7pm to 9pm, ran out of food at 8:30pm and all food was taken away. The food situation was resolved on the 3rd day when management took note of our complaint. We were all vegetarian, had forewarned the hotel at the same time as booking and indeed on the morning of the 2nd night when we had to re-check in from the other hotel, yet the restaurant stated they had no idea about our request. Re:the inconvenience of room changes - the manager offered free access to swimming pool and steam room etc, which were included in the hotel stay anyway. One room's bathroom had mould all over the floor, nothing was done about it for the 2nd night, and on the 3rd night the room had to be changed. There were several other patrons at reception area either complaining or asking for rooms to be changed or even reduced to tears. Overall, the hotel seemed to be overbooked and staff were either stressed or appearing to be disinterested and even swearing.

Give it misss - it is a mess not a hotel.
Everything went wrong. Check in took 2 hours and ended up missing our sight seeing tour. Hotels says, we don’t have reservations. Had to call hotels.com executive several time to get it sorted. Later once the reservation was traced, they provided us standard rooms instead of our booked deluxe jacuzzi rooms and had to struggle another hour to get it sorted. Over all missed a precious day out of my two days stay in Istanbul. Such a waste when you are on a tightly planned holiday.

I have stayed at The Peak numerous times and had an excellent experience although this time the service was not good at all. We had to wait 30 minutes to check in as it was so busy. After we checked in the bellboy took my friend’s luggage to someone else’s room. When she called reception to ask for her luggage the staff hung up on her twice and was so rude. This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel in winter time and unfortunately the hotel turns off the air conditioning which is actually needed and there is only heating. It meant that I was sweating every night. This time my room was next to the lift and I couldn’t get any sleep it was awful. Last time I stayed my friend paid for a room with a hot tub and they gave her a normal room, when she complained to the third party booking company they approached the hotel who lied and told them she did have a hot tub room so she couldn’t even get a refund. I don’t think I will stay again.
