Attention. Il y a toujours des extras à payer. Le prix de l'hôtel est trop cher par rapport au service proposé. L'accès au hammam et à la piscine était normalement gratuit. On nous a demandé de payer un extra car nous ne voulions pas nous faire masser. Tout est cher dans cet hôtel. A éviter.

Accueil très froid et aucun sens du service. J’ai réservé une chambre pour un couple avec un bébé et la réservation précisait bien qu’il y aurait un très grand lit. Surprise a l’arrivée: un lit de 160cm pour 3 personnes !!! J’ai informé la réception et j’ai demandé qu’on me trouve une solution car impossible de dormir à 3 trois sur ce petit lit. Réponse: nous ne pouvons rien pour vous. Cela est conforme à votre réservation. Grrrrrrrr. De plus la chambre est très mal isolée, on entend tous ce qui se passe à côté et dans le couloir. La clim aussi faisait un bruit insupportable. Bref , c’était horrible pour un 5 étoiles.

One of many big hotels near Taksim square. Just near the airport bus stop. Nothing special about this place. A bit noisy as it is right on a busy crossroad. Quite expensive compared to similar hotels nearby.

Nous avons été très déçu par cet Hotel ! Le hall de l'hôtel est très mal agencé !! L'accueil du personnel est très médiocre !!! Mis à part la responsable qui essaie avec beaucoup de courtoisie de solutionner les problèmes causés par son personnel à charge !!!! Je pense que cette Hotel devrait être repris sérieusement en main !!!

Everything was really great; however, it was very hot inside the room as the AC was not fully working since it was raining the first couple of days we were there and the central heating was on. The cleaning staff were great as well; however, they were very loud in the morning and we were awakened one day because of their loud and chatter. Nonetheless, all in all, the staff is ver friendly and the hotel is amazing.

Good but…
The access of the lounge was a bit complicated as it was constantly closed, and we had to ask a team member to open it. The last day, the reception called on the phone at least four times (since 10:30 am) to remind that the check out is at 12:00 pm Also, the carpet in the room should be replaced especially for customers suffering from allergy (my case). Nevertheless, the food are good. The team of the restaurant (9th floor) are amazing !

The only hotel you have to pay to use the gym?!
Disappointing stay compared to other hotels locally - steep steps up to front of property with no ramp for lugagge or support. Was charged ten euros for using the gym (which is poor quality and the hottest room in the hotel) - this is not made clear before booking or at check in. Staff in the gym reception was rude. Rooms were basic but fine.
