Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind so dermassen unfreundlich. Es wird nicht mal begrüsst. Nach dem Check in hat es Ihn nichmal interessiert wie wir ins zimmer kommen. Wir haben für 1 woche bezhalt. Es gibt für 15 Etagen nur ein Lift! Mann wartet min jedesmal 20 min. Es was so dermaßen schrecklich das wir nach 2 Tagen abgereist sind. Uns war es egal ob wir noch bezhalte Tage haben. Ich weiss nicht wie dieses Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen hat. Es benimmt sich als wäre es ein Hostel!

I came to this hotel late at night and their machine wasn’t working and kept pushing me to pay. I just left the place because rude behaviour. I stayed at another hotel called the corner hot. Best hotel

The staff at front desk is a dishonest employee who takes advantages of guests, I was short- changed 450tl when I changes a $100 dollar bill. Also when I asked to call me a metered taxi to take us to airport, he called his friend who drives taxi and overcharged us for the trip. We asked taxi driver to put the meter on, he said he had a deal with Hotel to charge us a hotel fee. He also refused to put the AC on to save on gas. Bad bad experience

Otel oda resimlerdeki gibi değil, banyo özellikle çok kötü, otelde içki yok. Asansör yoğun kötü.check in yaptım, Odaya girip baktım, aşağı inip oteli beğenmediğimi , iade edebilirmiyim , veya ucuz oda ike değiştirelim dedim ama kabul görmedi. Bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye etmem

Otele ilk geldiğimizde klima çalışmıyordu. Ve çift kişilik yatak büyüklüğü 140 cm idi. Çok küçüktü. Yönetime rica ettik bizi suit odaya aldılar. Teşekkür ederiz.

I stayed for 3 nights. My stay was okay but I would not stay there again. Some staff were nice but others were rude and snobby. Their king bed is definitely not a king bed, it's way smaller. Even though they advertise that rooms have irons and ironing tables, that's not really the case. You get to borrow the iron from reception and you have to return it after 30 mins. Location is not great either.
