Bien dans l'ensemble
Réservation de dernière minute pour la famille.. Très proche de Sainte Sophie. Assez correct dans l'ensemble.. Quelques petits travaux de finitions seraient un plus dans la salle de bains et plafond. Sinon pour le prix à 5 en famille avec petit déjeuner compris c'est un très bon compromis.

Chambre petite, rien pour poser les valises , ménage pas fait durant 4 jours que nous avons réservés et payées d'avance à notre plus grand regret , matelas et oreillérs sales , plein de taches et qui puent ,( j ai pris des photos ). pas de frigo , pas de bouteilles d eau, moquette sale , notre chambre n était pas celle présentée sur le site ,petit dejeuner avec café soluble et lait en poudre , coté positif :le personnel et l' emplacement vu le prix de la chambre , allez voir ailleurs

La taille de nos chambres (mètres carrés) est indiquée dans les détails de la réservation. Nous avons un service de nettoyage quotidien des chambres. Nous sommes désolés pour le manque de communication qui s'est produit.

Nightware hotel. Dirty, noisy, very expensive Food is uneatble Wifi works only after midnight. Bed and pollow very dirty. Shower dirty and moisiture is every where. I found 🕷 inside the shower. Everything is on the pics. Very expensive hotel . You cant sleep 🛏 I never recommand this hotel even for one night for 5$ extra you finf better deal.

We had a great experience. The Manager Mr. Sabri was very hospitable and helpful. The rooms were clean. Nice breakfast. Conveniently located. All the major attractions were 5-10 mins away. Great experience. Would definitely recommend this.

The people that works at this hotel are friendly and hospitable. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived. The location was convenient and within 7-15 minutes walk from the tourist sites in Sultanahmet. Tram 1 is within 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. Also, the ferry to Kadakoy is within 15 minutes walk. Lots of dining options around (eat somewhere away from the main road (Alemdar Cd) for better pricing). The dining at the hotel next door can be noisy at night so bring some ear plugs.

Arrived at the hotel and they had lost our reservation. No rooms were available there in the area near The Hagia Sophia. Our tour guide saved us by getting the hotel ?owner to book another 1/2 hr away. Paid for a taxi, but took over 2 hrs to relocate in a rather seedy area of Istanbul. Obviously don’t stay at this horribly untrustworthy hotel.

みなさんが書いているように部屋は小さいです。しかし、最低限の設備は備えております。 なんといっても、交通の便が良く、スタッフも親切なので、心地良く滞在出来ました。 今回、4階の部屋だったのですが、エレベーターがなくても、重いスーツケースをスタッフが軽々と運んでくれたので、とても助かりました。 ホテルの入り口のテーブルも自由に使用することができます。テーブルで休んでいると「お茶やコーヒーはいかが？」とサービスしてくれました。

Location, location, location... Can't beat it. Walk to Hagia Sofia, Sultanahmet Mosque, Topkapi, Cistern, Grand Bazaar, shopping restaurant, you name it.... You just need to go out and walk few steps. With this you don't need a car, for anything. Walk to tram and go anywhere far as well. What makes it even better? Amazing staff and service. So polite, always taking care of your needs. We had an excellent room, with unmatched view of Hagia Sofia, but it was not suitable for my big family. They moves us so smoothly, all (a lot of) our luggage, as we focused on exploring area. Always asking us for things we may need. Always offering complimentary drinks, always smiling. Great great people.

Muy mala experiencia
La peor experiencia de mi vida. Un hotel realmente sucio, sabanas rotas, camas y almohadas incómodas. No arreglan los cuartos ni lavan los baños, no cambian las toallas, no ponen papel higiénico. El desayuno es viejo, panes con moho, frutas que parecen cortadas del día anterior y muchos moscos sobre ellas. El servicio es pésimo y no se esfuerzan por mejorarlo. Pague un precio que no fue barato por alojamiento en hotel y llegué al peor de los hostales. NO LO RECOMIENDO

Hotel is extremely close to most attractions in Sultanahmet (10 minutes walk) and public transportation is also close by. Only down is that the hotel does not have elevators but the staff was very helpful in getting our luggage to our room. Our room was on the top floor with a great view of the Hagia Sophia mosque. We would definitely come back to this hotel on our next trip to Istanbul.

The room was very good. The mattresses were comfortable, not too soft (not too firm, too). The pillows were comfortable as well. Our room had its own AC and we could control it. The AC worked perfectly and quietly. For breakfast, they had different kinds of pastry, fruits, vegetables, olives, eggs, hams, and cheeses. (I don’t mean this is the full list. There might be something else that I didn’t notice or don’t remember). There were instant coffee and tea bags, black and chamomile. The owner and staff were very friendly and reliable. The communication was easy. Before we arrived, they responded to my emails quickly and thoroughly. We appreciated it that they helped us organize transportation to the airport for a reasonable price. I would stay here again.
