We are disheartened to read your recent review as it seems to contain several inaccuracies. We diligently provide fresh towels and sheets every two days, aiming to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. Moreover, we offered you a room at a significant discount, despite not being obligated to do so.Your assertion of inadequate lighting in the room and a claim of trash around the hotel is puzzling to us. We kindly request you to share any pictures you may have taken to substantiate these claims.Regarding the issue of bugs, we took immediate action upon your complaint. I personally inspected your room and found no bugs, only mosquitoes, which are common in many locations. I provided guidance on closing the window and used a spray to address the mosquito issue. Your statement that we did nothing is inaccurate.Concerning the cleanliness of the room, we can confirm that it was not dusty, contrary to your claim. Additionally, you didn't fully paying for the room and ran away is incorrect. We value professionalism, and your behavior during the payment process, specifically throwing money at us, was inappropriate. We had advised against such actions, and we urge you to understand the importance of respectful conduct.We take great pride in our work, and customer reviews are crucial for our business. It is disheartening when, despite our best efforts, we receive feedback that does not reflect the reality of the situation. We hope future interactions can be more positive and constructive.

We believe that our guests deserve a review that accurately represents their experience. We are committed to providing assistance throughout your stay, even in the middle of the night. Our manager is always available to help you, even with matters unrelated to your stay.While Taksim Square itself may not have many attractions, you'll find plenty of famous destinations in Istiklal Street, just a short 7-minute walk away, albeit with a slight uphill incline. The area is safe and secure, and we have never encountered any problems. The local police station is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from our hotel. Additionally, the neighborhood boasts other reputable establishments such as the Cher Hotel, Sheraton Hotel, and Esta Residence, as well as the VFS Global visa application center and a shopping mall. Most places in the district are open 24/7, ensuring convenience for our guests.

The convenient location, especially for those interested in visiting Nisantasi and Taksim, is definitely a plus, although I understand that the walk to Taksim can be a bit challenging due to the hilly terrain.It's unfortunate to hear that the hotel doesn't serve breakfast as expected, and the alternative provided at the neighboring hotel didn't meet your expectations. However, it's great to know that despite this, you still found the hotel to be worth its price.It's particularly heartening to hear about the exceptional service provided by Eyman. Going above and beyond to ensure your comfort and happiness is what truly makes a stay memorable.
