Correct qualité prix
Excellent hôtel en ce qui concerne la chambre. En revanche, la salle du petit déjeuner semble petite par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel et il n'y avait aucun jus de fruits.

Hôtel tres propre, bien situé. Mobilier tres classe. Personnel vraiment très professionnel je dirai meme plus que professionnel. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Have climb stairs with luggage they do have lift but you climb some steps to reach reception area.outside the hotel is noisy too crowded all the time. For breakfast no much choice it’s just basic things.

"Dear guest, I understand that you had to climb stairs with your luggage to reach the reception area, even though there are elevators. I am aware that the outside of the hotel is noisy and crowded all the time. Additionally, I recognize that the breakfast options were limited to basic items. Die Unterkunft ist leicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Sie liegt auf einer Seitengassee einer großen Straße und ist somit nicht direkt denLärm ausgesetzt. Das Personal is freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden immer sauber gehalten. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Well the location is great and the staff is amazing. I booked this hotel for it's location and the fact that it has a pool, hot tub and Hammam. So to get into the Hammam is nearly impossible since it is constantly packed with local dudes already waiting on line. I was wondering why there are so many Thai women.... Well... A bunch of guys who were in the sauna with me confirmed that this is not your regular Hammam and massage place. The hot tub was never working sand the pool was cold. So much to me enjoying the relaxing part of the hotel. Now the room, the shower water takes forever to warm up. And it was November and it was freezing in the room. There was no heater. Breakfast kind of plain and simple.

Our room was small but clean. It was very noisy from the traffic outside. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Crossing the nearby main road was difficult and dangerous. The nearby tram into the centre and port area was very regular but usually crowded. There was also metro nearby. One could walk instead of taking the tram which take about 45 minutes to get to the heart of the city. There were many eating places nearby.

I stayed 2 days there and it was great. Just what I need to relax and to spend a good time in Istanbul. The area is nice, close to metro, and the view from the terrace is nice. Thank you Graziella Gold Hotel! Wait to be back there.
