Based on the allegations you have stated; we could not detect any theft cases that were reported to us retrospectively when we check all of our records. We would like to inform you that; for the safety of our guests, the corridors and public areas of the hotel are being monitored by the security department. Even entering to your room for cleaning or technical reasons is also recorded in our key card system and your room door is kept open during these entrances. In addition, in order to keep your security at the highest level possible and to store your valuables comfortably, there are safe boxes in our rooms, the password of which only you are able to determine. Despite all this; in the event that the explanations are insufficient for you, we display a management that is transparent enough to ask you to use all your legal rights. If you can get back to us from our contact information regarding the issue you think you have experienced, we would like to meet you so that we can do all the research again and explain detailed information to you.Kind regards,Fraser Place Antasya Istanbul - Hotel Management
