Excellentes. Mais nous n'avons pas aimé la façon de faire de Hôtel.com Le contrat stipulait que nous payions la chambre directement à l'hôtel et le montant a été facturé sur notre carte Visa sans notre consentement quelques jours avant notre arrivée. Ce qui va nous coûter beaucoup plus cher alors que nous devions payer comptant. Pour cette raison, je ne pense pas continuer à faire affaire avec Hôtel.com

Le vieil Istanbul en amoureux
Nous avons été ravie de cet hôtel de charme, typique et de confort et de modernité occidentales. Le petit bémol est que la chambre où nous étions été vraiment petite mais entre le personnel, le cadre et la situation géographique, nous avons très vite fait abstraction de ce léger détail! Merci pour cet accueil très chaleureux. A recommander sans aucun problème.

Good location.
Hard to find even Taxi drivers has a problem finding the place. It is located down hill so it is not fun carrying bags and going up hill. It is cozy place and nice to eat breakfast in the little back yard garden. Nice breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful.

excellent location!
excellent location, just 10 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Sofia, we had a great room with a small balcony on the third floor overlooking the old city and sea, very clean place with modern facilities and nice decor, great variety breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. However the mattress was a bit to hard for us and the TV had no English news stations .

Ruhiges, kleines Hotel nahe der Blauen Moschee
Wir hatten das Familienzimmer mit 3 Kindern (14,13 u. 12 Jahre) gebucht. Klein, aber nett eingerichtet und ausreichend, wenn man wie wir meist bis abends zur Stadtbesichtigung ist. Leckeres, reichliches Frühstück in einem hübschen Frühstücksraum. Nettes, gut englischsprechendes Personal, was auch bei Schwierigkeiten mit der Buchung (eindeutig Schuld von Expedia, nicht des Hotels) freundlich und zuvorkommend blieb. Genial ist die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Sultanahmet. Trotzdem so ruhig, wie wir es uns im Zentrum Istanbuls nicht erträumt hätten. Albsolut empfehlenswert! Vielen Dank an das Hotelpersonal, besonders an Helen.

Perfect small hotel in the very heart of Istanbul
The stay at Ersari was a pleasure. Each member of the staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really good, the scrambled eggs were delicious. Everything was spotlessly clean. And there even was an electric kettle in the room.

Отличный семейный отель! Списались с менеджером отеля Helin еще в Москве, обговорили все детали, также заказали трансфер из аэропорта. Машину пришлось подождать в аэропорту по прилету в Стамбул... Но это единственное недоразумение. Заселение, проживание, питание - все на высшем уровне. Номера отеля небольшие, но уютные, с видом на маленькую тихую улочку. Завтраки на любой вкус и довольно неплохие. Расположение отеля касаемо достопримечательностей просто отличное! Все в пешей доступности. Остановка трамвая недалеко. Helen любезно подсказала как и куда добраться. Дали карту города. Отличный отель для остановки в замечательном городе Стамбуле!

Comfy Hotel and very pleasant staff.
The comfy, clean hotel situated on a steep street ( most hotels are so don't be put off) is only 5 minutes walk from Sultanhamet square and walking distance to the grand bazzar and other local interests. Self service buffet breakfast was good and plentiful. Istanbul is beautiful and we would stay in the Ersari again if we were to ever return for another visit to this wonderful city because of its easy access to all Sultanhamet sites and the tram stop. The people are friendly and courteous, and the city is easy to navigate with the tram system,( nearest stop to the hotel is Cemberlitas or Sultanhamet) Walking around the different parts of the city will keep you fit as the streets can be very steep in places but if you take your time you will have a very enjoyable experience exploring the maze of cobbled and narrow alliways.

Nice small hotel very close to Blue Mosque
Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This modern hotel is a 5 minute walk to the blue mosque and a short walk to the bazaar in a different direction Like most hotels in the area can be initially a bit difficult to find (our taxi driver couldn't find it) It is on a steepish, quiet, narrow street. We stayed in the twin room with harbour view and would recommend that over the double room. It had a good view out to the sea. We thought that it provided very good value, although I did note that some prices quoted did seem to be much higher than we paid. If we went back to Istanbul we would not hesitate to stay there again

Turkish delight!
Brilliant location, 5mins from Çemberlitas tram stop and very close to the Blue Mosque, Aya Sophia and Topkapi palace.The neibourhood is very quiet which is amazing in such a large city. The hotel is realy nicely decorated and the staff are very friendly and helpful and taught us some handy Turkish phrases. Breakfast was included and offers a great selection. If you want food at night they have an agreement with the Doy Doy Restaurant and can have food delivered.

nach einem 9-tägigen erholsamen Aufenthalt in Cinarcik (liegt am Ufer des Marmarameer gegenüber Istanbuls auf asiatischer Seite) wollten wir noch für 4 Tage diese unglaubliche Stadt Istanbul kennen lernen. Wir wollten zu Fuß bzw. mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Stadt erkunden, was uns durch die Lage des Hotels optimal gelungen ist.

Fiquei extremamente desapontado com a gerente do hotel que me disse que eu não havia pago o hotel e fiz isso antecipadamente, parcelado com hotéis.com.Pior foi o constrangimento de ser cobrado novamente na frente de outros hospedes, paguei novamente e quero uma posição do hotéis.com a respeito disso.Não voltaria a ficar no mesmo hotel, que de boutique não tem nada.Walter Ferreira Filho

das Ersari Hotel liegt 5 Gehminuten von der Blauen Moschee und 8 min von Hagia Sophia und dem Sultanpalast entfernt. Die Mitarbeiter sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kompetent, fast alle Zimmer mit Balkon, zum Marmarameer ausgerichtet, sauber und stilvollneingerichtet. Der Preis günstig, mit reichlichem Frühstücksbüfett.

Восхитительное обслуживание!
Отличный небольшой отель, в старом но полностью отремонтированном доме. Красивые интерьеры выполнены в османском стиле. Удобные ванные комнаты, хорошие матрасы и полушки, достойные завтраки и просто отличное обслуживание. Всё перечисленное поможет погрузиться в атмосферу путешествия и восполнять силы приходя обратно в отель. Расположение у отеля на тихой улице в 5 минутах ходьбы от самых туристических и шумных улиц. Дорога из отеля идёт сильно в горку это необходимо учесть тем кто ограничен в движениях либо просто не любит напрягаться.

Wir können das Ersari Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Es liegt mitten in Sultanahmet nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Blauen Moschee und der Hagia Sophia entfernt und gleichzeitig braucht man auch nur 5 Minuten zur Trambahn. Trotzdem ist das Hotel äußerst ruhig, was mitten in der Innenstadt von Istanbul eher die Ausnahme sein dürfte. Hilfreich war die Wegbeschreibung, die wir vorher per Email erhalten hatten, sonst hätten wir das kleine Hotel, das in einer kleinen Seitenstraße liegt, kaum gefunden. Die Hotelmanagerin ist reizend. Wir hatten zunächst zwei Zimmer bestellt, da wir zu fünft unterwegs waren, wurden aber von der Hotelmanagerin vorab telefonisch informiert, dass ein Zimmer für uns alle ausreichend sei, denn sie man könnte noch ein zusätzliches Bett in das Zimmer stellen. Ein Hotel, das Gäste darauf aufmerksam macht, wie man Geld sparen kann, hatte ich auch noch nicht erlebt. Durch den netten Hinweis des Hotels wurde der Aufenthalt für uns dann natürlich deutlich preiswerter. Die Zimmer sind mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, aber wirklich sehr klein, da neben den Betten und einem Schrank dann auch nichts mehr darin Platz hat. Deshalb gibt es auch nur 3 Punkte für den Zimmerkomfort. Das ist dann aber auch schon der einzige Nachteil an dem Hotel. Ach ja, Frühstück ist im Preis auch noch inbegriffen. Wenn es einem nicht zu warm ist, kann man das Frühstück auch in dem kleinen Innenhof einnehmen. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

This hotel is situated within a stone's throw of the historical center of Istanbul. It was great value for what we had and was spotlessly clean and the rooms were well equipped.

Super beliggenhet
Koselig, lite hotell med flott beliggenhet. Vi kunne gå til alle serverdigheter. Pent, men lite rom og fint bad. Liten "røykebalkong" mot bakgård. Deilig takterrasse med nydelig utsikt både til sjøen med all båttrafikken og til "den blå moske" og Hagia Sofia. Spesielt fint å se dette opplyst om kvelden! Vi stusset litt over at vi ikke fikk betale med kort, men måtte gå ut og ta ut kontanter fra nærliggende uttaksautomat. Ellers var vi godt fornøyd med service

Comfortable, quiet room with beautiful views
We loved our room at Ersari - it was like an oasis from the busy bustle of Old Town Istanbul. The room had beautiful views of the Sea of Marmara and was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating and we felt very welcomed there.

This is NOT a Hotel but a B&B
The hotel is clean but the rooms are very TINY!! Actually it is not a hotel but a B&B. Would NOT go back here, like more comfort. Beds very small!! The service was not so good, while talking to the receptionist about forgetting to make up the room he kept on playing a computergame!! Rude and not polite! Breakfast was ok, only used it one time. Price vs quality not in balance I think! I would not recommend this hotel and I wonder how it got a 4,7 out off 5????

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti presso questo piccolo hotel sito a pochi passi dalle attrazioni principali della citta'.La camera ,al terzo piano,aveva una visuale parziale sul mare.Abbiamo avuto due letti separati nonostante la nostra richiesta di matrimoniale.Lo spazio in camera non e' molto ma e' pulita e confortevole.Il bagno pur di dimensioni ridotte era nuovo con una doccia grande. Consigliato per coppie giovani o persone che non hanno problemi di movimento,essendo l'hotel posto in pendenza.

Soggiorno Perfetto!!
Abbiamo prenotato per una settimana in questa stupenda struttura, curata in ogni dettaglio, dalla hall, alle stanze e la sala colazioni . La gentilezza del personale è unica, sempre disposti ad aiutarti per qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo, nn ve ne pentirete!
