Die Rezeption gibt sich soviel Mühe um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Personal war immer stets freundlich. Das Zimmer war perfekt. Super sauber und der Ausblick wunderschön. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und das merkt man. Selbst die Lobby wird gefühlt alle halbe Std gewischt. Die Lage ist perfekt. In einer min am galataturm. Die große Einkaufstraße 3 min. Zum Meer läuft man ca 20min. Aber der Weg dahin ist auch super schön. Alles im allen perfekter Aufenthalt. Nochmals danke an Herrn Ramazan von der Rezeption und natürlich an den Rest.

Nice hotel and staff however it’s positioned on a very busy road junction so if you are given a room on this side it’s extremely noisy throughout the night with the cars beeping. Breakfast is a buffet and was included in our room price but is fairly average, but you can ask for eggs to be cooked fresh which were nice!

The staff was very nice and very useful helping us to get tours and options in Istanbul. The hotel location very convenient close to the touristic center of the city by taking the tramway. Hotel amenities and breakfast were very good as well and everything for a very good price comparing with the rest of the hotels. I would return to this hotel if I have the opportunity to return to Istanbul.

Hotel is in great location. Staff service was average and could have been better and more friendly I think. We had to ask twice for lower pillows which they said wasn't available the first time we asked. They also promised a higher floor room for us to change into, but never happened. The hotel is on a major road so could be noisy with the traffic, but the sea view from the room is amazing.

An amazing hotel with a great location. We booked this hotel for our last few days at Istanbul. I wish I knew about it earlier I would’ve booked it for my entire trip. Great location, near the Galata tower, steps from the Metro. 10min walk to Istiklal street and Taksim, which is where the night life is. Very clean and organized.Breakfast was great as well. I would book this hotel again if I’m ever in Istanbul.

Alles hat mir gefallen an der Unterkunft. Obwohl die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr nahe waren, hatten wir eine ruhige Unterkunft. Und der Ausblick zum Goldenen Horn war auch bezaubernd. Als Parkmöglichkeit gab es ein öffentliches Parkhaus, welches für ca. 7€ pro Tag benutzen konnte.

Die Aussicht aus dem Hotel ist super und tat uns sehr gut in den paar Tagen in der ich mich dort aufgefunden hatte, sie war farbelhaft. Der Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren sehr gut aufgehoben in dem Hotel.Die Lage ist auch sehr super und alles ist von hier erreichbar...Die Sauberkeit bekommt von mir 5 Sterne. Das Früstück was inkl mit dabei war bekommt von mir 5 Sterne Das Abendtessen was man Abendts extra Essen konnte war sehr super und umfangreich...Das Personal bekommt von mir 5 Sterne. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder hier her :)

The hotel was very clean which was important to me. The staff wasn’t very abreast on their English which was advertised. What I was extremely disappointed in was that my husband and had to cut our visit short a few days due a Visa issue re-entering Turkey from Greece. I was able to enter go to the hotel, pack our bags, check out, return to the airport to go back to the USA. Upon return the hotel refused to provide us our partial refund stating we never checked out. They requested I pay for a drink we used from the minibar so there was a check out process. If something ever happens and you can’t complete your visit beware of this hotel. Completely unforgiving.

The whole sitiuation happened due to missing information , during your c/out you said to reception '' your husband had a some issues at airport because of it you left the hotel '' . You didn't request to cancel your reservation and refund back that's why we assumed you would come to the hotel and we kept your room for you . Best Regards ,

On arrival staff were really friendly and were very welcoming. Check in was very quick. The hotel room was nice, good quality and the price reflected it. Location of the hotel was brilliant. Şhişhane metro station is right outside the entrance of the hotel so very convenient. Galata tower is a few minute walk. The staff booked our taxi back to the airport and was very prompt. Overall had a great experience. Will definitely recommend Aspera Golden Horn and would stay here again. 👍

Good hotel in good location, 24h receiption, nice stuff with positive attitude, clean. But the window of my nice room happen to be nearby the industrial ventilation system, which started to operate at 3 A.M. and completly destroyed by continues noise all options to sleep, even though closed glass and all curtains. I asked the manager to move me to other room, which happen to be not occupied and available, but they nicely asked from me the double price of current stay, which I cant afford. Spent the rest of night trying to meditate and praying for silence. Not the way I expected from this hotel.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was average. The Front Office Manager Yasin was very helpful and expedient in helping with all our issues.

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights to attend a conference. It is located just in front of the Metro exit. So It was convenience to move around. All staffs of the restaurant and front desk were really kind. Especially I would like to praise Yasin, the receptionist. He was always kind and sincerely helped me when I had sudden problem with my shoes and could not attend the conference even if it was not his duty. Thank you very much.

Very nice hotel to stay
Staff friendly, clean, convenient as adjacent metro station. Bit noisy outside as many traffic even midnight. Overall very good.
