The whole sitiuation happened due to missing information , during your c/out you said to reception '' your husband had a some issues at airport because of it you left the hotel '' . You didn't request to cancel your reservation and refund back that's why we assumed you would come to the hotel and we kept your room for you . Best Regards ,
