Rest assured, we will address this matter with our team to ensure that all guests receive the assistance and service they deserve.Regarding the additional charges, we understand your concern. While we do have certain services that may incur extra costs, we agree that the communication and delivery of such information should be handled in a courteous and professional manner. We apologize for any miscommunication or inconvenience you faced during your interactions with our staff.You have been charged for an additional person, not the crib. We charge 20 EUR / night for children up to 6 years old so they can sleep with parents using existing bedding. If the room is capable and extra bed requested then we charge 35 EUR / night.Regarding the deposit, we understand your frustration. The deposit is a standard procedure to ensure the security of our guests' stays and is typically returned upon check-out.On Expedia, after you search the dates for a hotel, the first page with the results have all the information about the hotel you searched. If you just scroll down you will find "policies" and "important information" where our deposit policy is written as: "You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:Deposit: EUR 100 per accommodation, per stay"However, we recognize that this information should have been communicated more clearly during the reservation process. We will review our communication procedures to ensure that guests are well-informed about such policies in advance.Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconveniences you encountered during your stay.
