« Bedrooms are very comfortable. A lot of space downstairs with several typical British rooms. Perfect to accommodate family gatherings or parties of 10-11 with kids! Very well organized kitchen and nice outdoor furniture, large enough to eat outside and a bit of room to play as well for the kids. Nice squirrels around. BBQ fee is £25 extra. Perfect location, close to grocery shops: butcher round the corner, Co-Op opposite and 10 minute walk to the sea front. Playground area in Pierremont Hall...

« The house is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, and wonderfully decorated. The pool and outdoor area was perfect, lots of different seating areas for relaxing and eating al fresco. Cannot fault it in any way. Easy to walk into Margate, 10 mins by car from Broadstairs. Lovely beaches to walk to - Botany Bay is a must. 5 STAR!!! »

« The house was lovely and had everything we needed and the location was great - a minutes walk into town. This came with the downside of no parking at the property but there was parking at the esplanades about 10 minute walk away - not a problem for us as we stayed mainly in Broadstairs. The restaurants, especially the Spanish tapas place was well recommended!! A great place to stay. »

« Second booking for our group for this fab property. Every bedroom has its own bathroom so perfect for our group of four couples. Perfect location to walk into the town or down to the beach in less than five minutes. Great pubs and restaurants within walking distance but every amenity in the kitchen if you want to cook for yourselves. »

« Family plus dogs stayed here for 4 nights in half term. House had everything we needed, beds were super comfortable and would not hesitate to book again. »

« A well equipped, very clean and tidy property located in a good area, less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and high street. Property would suit 6 adults and a child, with plenty of space and equipment. Kitchen is well served with utensils and crockery and the washing machine is a bonus if you have a small baby. Two shower rooms plus a bathroom are a bonus. The patio area is also a good feature. Communication with owner was excellent. Broadstairs is a nice place and a great base to explore...

« Amazing host who was on hand to answer questions swiftly. Lovely property and well situated in the town, short walking distance from the beach and plenty of shops nearby. Spacious garden (perfect for kids) and the Braai (bbq)was a highlight. »

« This property is fantasic & such a great location with just a short journey into both Margate & Ramsgate. The house is in a lovely condition & beautifully furnished, with plenty to do there too. « I stayed for 5 days with my best girlfriend from Italy. We had a fantastic time. The flat is cosy, comfortable and in a perfect location either if you want to enjoy Broadstairs or, like us, driving along the coast. I highly recommend it! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is great, with Aldi just up the road and the harbour along with many shops and restaurants a short walk away. We went on many long walks all along the coasts and fortunately the weather was perfect. The house is spotless and has everything you need for a fun getaway. »

« A really good house with an attractive layout. Everything we needed was provided and the house was clean and well looked after. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the square and the tennis courts. The back garden with its big table was ideal for a large party. »
