129 Grand Pavilion, is a charming Charleston Style home within the Wild Dunes Resort. Boardwalk Homes are located just steps from the beach and 2 resort pools and is a perfect vacation spot for families. This beach house has its own private parking, and a private deck leading directly onto the pool deck at the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. The pool deck leads directly onto the beach. 129 Grand Pavilion has four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and sleeps 10-12 people. The main level bedroom has two queen beds. The second floor has one king suite with an additional sitting area and a "Bunk Room" with two bunk beds (full on bottom, twin on top). The third floor houses the stunning Primary Suite with its own private balcony and en-suite Bath. This room has magnificent sweeping views of the ocean. There is a TV in living room and each bedroom - Each TV is set up on a Roku for streaming plus You Tube TV is provided for live and local channels (ESPN included).

Upon entering this beachfront home, at the ground level you will walk up stairs leading to the main floor where you can enjoy ocean views from the open living space and kitchen area. The living room has plenty of seating with a large sectional, a large TV, and offers views overlooking the Grand Pavilion pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Step outside on the living room front porch and you’re just steps away from two Grand Pavilion pools, restaurants, and the beach.

The Boardwalk neighborhood is a very unique experience. The Boardwalk Homes show off the Charleston Single architecture, which is part of the Charleston charm. These charming home are located just steps from the beach, pools, restaurants and is the ideal vacation rental for families who want to be in the heart of all of the action with the bustle of the Boardwalk dining, pools and shops at your fingertips.

This home has complimentary You Tube TV and streaming in each bedroom and wireless high speed internet, as well as washer/dryer. All bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals.

Parking:
Each home is allocated 2 parking spaces - #1 space is under the carport, #2 space is directly behind it. There is an unassigned parking space which is referred to as common space parking (available for any rental guest) - these are located in between the properties. For example: directly to the left of 129 Grand Pavilion located in between 129 Grand Pavilion and 130 Grand Pavilion there is a common space. These spaces are owned by the Grand Pavilion Association (not individual property owners). There is a diagram on site
Golf Carts and LSVs: Wild Dunes requires that these be parked under the carport. (Notice on site)

No pets or smoking permitted. Per Wild Dunes no grill is permitted.
