Beautiful Traditional Home with Private Pool! 5 BR 4 BA

Location, Location, Location! Carolina Classic has the right touch of traditional ambiance with a relaxing setting to make you feel right at home. With five bedrooms and four full baths, this home is close to the beach access on 2nd and 3rd Avenues and Breach Inlet. Enjoy swimming, relaxing, fishing, dolphin watching, and yoga on the beach. Take a leisurely walk over to Breach Inlet for Lowcountry Sunsets or drinks and dinner at The Boathouse Restaurant (known for some of the best food and sunsets in Charleston.) The spacious living area has a gas fireplace and sitting area to enjoy with friends and family for conversations or games. An open kitchen awaits you and has dining space for everyone, with banquet seating around a gorgeous, large dining table adjacent to the living room and TV. The kitchen is fully stocked, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dishes, and cookware. The main living area opens into a wrap around screened porch with seating. Enjoy grilling by the pool while you take in salty ocean breezes and sit on the screened porch.

Carolina Classic has five bedrooms and four baths. The first floor contains one bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The Main Bedroom overlooks the pool on the second floor and connects to the second story wrap around screened porch. Enjoy this spacious room's sitting area, king bed and end-of-hall location. The Main Bedroom full bath includes a walk-in shower, garden tub, spacious layout, and his-and-hers sinks. The kids’ room is located mid-hall upstairs and includes two twin beds and a wicker rocker. This room shares a jack-and- jill bathroom with the third bedroom. The connecting bedroom, bedroom three, is located upstairs and includes a king bed and opens to the second-floor screened porch. Bedroom four includes a queen bed, a rocker, a full bathroom, and also connects to the second-floor screened porch.

The property exceeded all of our expectations in terms of size, cleanliness, and proximity to the beach. The home was very spacious, nicely decorated, and had 5 large bedrooms to accommodate a large family. The property was in very good shape. The pool was nice, but required some work to skim off the debris floating in the water.

We absolutely would stay and recommend this home. The house was even better than the description and the management team was so communicative. The location was so convenient and we spent a lot of time just walking around the beautiful neighborhood. Icing on the cake was a toy box that kept our one year old booked and busy.

We were pleasantly surprised by how perfect this home was for our large family. It was truly undersold in the listing! The space was clean, welcoming, and well laid out. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, which made cooking for a big group so much easier. There were also tons of beach and pool items available for us to use, which was such a thoughtful touch. The beds were super comfortable, and we all felt right at home. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this house. Check in was quick and the hosts were easy to reach. The house and property are beautiful. The beach is a 5-minute walk, restaurants on both IOP and Sullivan's Island are 5 minutes drive and Charleston is about 25 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this rental!! First of all the house was beautiful and so well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed. This house also had beach chairs, wagons, beach toys and pool floaties!! Everything about this rental was great and made for a relaxing week.

We were in love with this property. Tons of space for my family and the accommodations were clean but still had a cozy feel like you were really staying in someone's home. Beach gear was plentiful and in great condition. Beds were extremely comfy and clean. The pool was too chilly when we stayed there in April but the backyard pool space was great. We loved the screened porch for morning coffee. Kitchen was well appointed. We purchased all the paper products and even a kitchen knife and pan because we usually need this at rentals but this house was already stocked with all that including foil and plastic wrap! What a bonus! Would highly recommend this property and would stay again. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.
