Welcome to your perfect vacation rental on the beautiful Isle of Palms! This newly renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house offers a blend of comfort and coastal charm, making it an ideal retreat for families, wedding parties, or groups of friends.

The house features four spacious bedrooms for your vacation enjoyment. Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bath for added privacy and comfort. Also upstairs, you'll find a the twin room with 2 XL twin beds and a twin trundle bed. Downstairs, you will find another king bedroom and a bunk room which share a hall bath. The bunk room offers a King bed with a full bunk bed, making it easy to accommodate everyone comfortably. Altogether, this home sleeps 11 guests, offering plenty of room for large gatherings.

Inside, the living room provides a cozy space to unwind, while the den is stocked with games for some friendly competition. The screened porch is perfect for enjoying the gentle island breeze. Outside, the private pool invites you to spend sun-soaked afternoons swimming or lounging. After a day at the nearby beach, the outdoor shower is perfect for a quick rinse. The fenced backyard features a gate that opens directly to Islander 71 and the marina, making it easy to explore local dining and water activities. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the front porch with a view of the Wild Dunes Harbor Course 12th hole fairway and green. Bring your boat and park it in secured backyard. Launch your boat across the street at the Isle of Palms Marina on the Intracoastal Waterway.

With its ideal location and thoughtful amenities, this Isle of Palms home offers everything you need for an unforgettable coastal escape. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, enjoying meals together, or taking in the island's attractions, your perfect vacation awaits.

Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Parking - A maximum of 6 vehicles can be parked at this property. Boat parking is allowed.

✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $1,000.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

We are happy to host you for your stay with us! Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay:
1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Great Getaway

We vacationed with our three married children and their spouses and our grand baby. The house is in a perfect location because we are boaters and the house is so close to the marina. We had plenty of rooms and beds and one daughter is pregnant. We were all comfy. There are only two bathrooms and one is in the upstairs master bedroom. So, pretty inconvenient, but we made it work. We would visit again.

Beautiful luxurious home

We slacked on booking and got lucky to stay here. It was a little more than we wanted to pay, but we decided to splurge and everything was exactly as advertised. Even in cool weather we enjoyed having our own pool and walking to the ocean and dinner. Thanks!
