We were fully booked for the busy holiday weekend, and being a dog friendly resort, a lot of guests brought their furry family members along. Thank you for your review Kristine. I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have the best experience with our restaurant over the weekend. We truly apologize for the inconvenience. We did have to close food service to the restaurant for 2 hours from 5-7 on Saturday so our kitchen staff could cook and serve for the wedding. We tried our best to post signs at the front desk and in the restaurant to make everyone aware of the couple hour delay in service we would be having. Completely out of our control for the weekend was the bad storm that hit Friday night and took out our power for almost 12 hours. We had to make the call to close for breakfast on Saturday as our power did not come back on until around 7:30 am, and we needed to make sure we had proper time to clean the kitchen & restaurant and prepare for the day as we weren't able to the night before after the storm shut us down. We hope you'll give us another try in the future! Thanks again -
