« I travelled in from the uk and had booked 3 rooms via expedia for 4 nights for my family. All rooms were immaculately clean and newly built. The management and staff were all very accommodating, professional and cooperative. The bell boys were also incredibly helpful with our moving our luggage to multiple floors. Every room came with a gallon of mineral water, a freezer and an automatically set air freshener which kept the room feeling fresh at all times. The ACs were all also working...

« I’ve stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions and have found the location great. Very close to restaurants and shops and far away enough to be in a very quiet and peaceful location. The F&B staff and Housekeeping team especially the housekeeping manager are all amazing, extremely polite, helpful, friendly and go above and beyond, thank you for this, you are the reason I came back a second time and you proved you are consistent. « My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. »
