Very good property for those visiting Legoland, as Legoland is at walkable distance. Breakfast offered is not acceptable though, we ate outside.

Fantastic Service Apartment for Family
This service apartment is just beside Legoland and Gleneagles Hospital, so if you need to find a place to stay, whether for a family to have fun in Legoland or to visit family members at the hospital, this would be a great place to stay. It is also very near the Tuas Second Link(15-20mins drive). There is a Medini Mall just beside as well. There was a big jam at the customs and we arrived at the hotel just past midnight. The receptionists(1 male and 1 female) were both very friendly and the check in was fast. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment. It came with 2 bedrooms with 1 queen sized bed and 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms(1 with tub), 1 kitchen and 1 living room. The space is not huge but fine for 4 persons. The rooms were clean and tidy. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. Though there is a kettle, you can also get water from the water dispenser along the corridor. If you are driving, there is a parking charge, though not excessive. For a 3N2D stay, you pay RM10 for unlimited in and out of carpark. I like the room cards which are wooden.

The location of the property is strategic that you don’t even need to drive and you can skip scorching sun in the noon from legoland to rest till 4pm to go back to theme park again. Staff are very friendly and service is excellent. However the property seems to have been years without doing much upgrading maintenance. So there might be some small marks here and there in room. But still for the price is good value for family stay. And the room deco is just nice that makes you feel like home in a hotel. It would be good if there is additional amenities for diy laundry service.

Don’t get the corner unit cuz there’s no Wi-Fi Signal there. The 2 bedrooms come in 2 bathroom but one bathroom is really dirty. The toilet is literally yellow color. The one bedroom is actually a lot nicer than the two bedrooms. Location is great if you are going to legoland.

Generally its a good property but this time there was delay in getting the room due to lack of power. On top of that, dirty linen, dirty corridors, etc. We went to bed around midnight due to all these issues.

Room condition - poorly maintained, bathrooms had weird smell (never went away in the 3 days we stayed), bedroom floor had water damage, beds were not comfortable (bedsheets were scratchy), room had a musky smell, did not seem clean. Receptionists were polite and friendly, but took ages to find our luggage that they had held for us.

I loved the view. I was on the 21st floor and the view was unblocked. We were facing Legoland and its surrounding areas. The property was great overall for the price we paid. It was an affordable room, breakfast was 25ringgit and had more variety than expected, staffs were polite, toilets were clean. I would come back again.

Place was not able to cope with the surge of tourist after pandemic. Check in was super delayed (check in 3pm but we could only get a room at 630pm). No towels in the toilet, and house keeping kept delaying in getting things to room.

Can find better location
Room was not ready at 5pm. Room was not very clean and welcoming. Towels were in bad condition, bedsheets stained. The fridge had an odor. Breakfast on Monday was horrible. Thankfully it was better on Tuesday. Location is good, just walking distance to Legoland but I think the cleanliness and service can be better.

Property was convenient as it is walking distance to Legoland. The room was generally clean. I liked the fact that there was a lot of shelf space to put your items and having a microwave is really helpful. My room did have a broken body soap bottle in the toilet which was still usable but it would have been better if it was replaced with proper non cracked one before I checked in.

Wrote in to hotel to check on some details, was routed to customer service team but totally no reply from them. Check-in time was supposed to be 3pm, we have 3 rooms, one got check-in at 5pm (with no towels available), one at 8pm and last at 10pm!!! When we request for late check-out due to the disruption they have caused, the most is 1pm cos their rooms are back to back. When I request for 1 extra bottle of water, was told they don't have anymore stock! Room floor n wall looks old n dirty, gaggle cup in toilet was dirty with a very big piece of green stuff that looks like vegetable or alge. I'm not a picky person when it comes to hotel, but this is definitely the worst and I'll never ever step in again. To think they are still under ascotts group , what a shame.

Property is near to Legoland. An alternative accommodation choice . Is a service apartment that only comes with alternate housekeeping service . This would mean if you are staying for 3D 2N, there will be no housekeeping until the day you check out. Lots of ants and the apartment is pretty dusty.
