« Très belle chambre Très beaux bains Repas bon L’équipe est vraiment au petit soin Mais on reste sur une grande chaîne d’hôtel et Dormy n’est pas une chaîne tatoo friendly !!! »

« Loved this place! Rooms are amazing and the photos don’t do it justice. We had breakfast and dinner included and it was next level. Very traditional Japanese menu and so luxe! Staff were so friendly and accommodating as we had our 4 month old with us. The three onsens to choose from makes this place a must try! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was very clean, quiet, and private, which made it the perfect place to relax. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We would especially like to thank the lady who served us during dinner and breakfast. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Although her English was limited, she went above and beyond by using Google Translate to explain the menu and answer our questions. Her effort and warm hospitality...

« Food was very good and staff was so friendly. I stayed Suizantei after this hotel and the staff arranged transport without me asking. I got to stay in the room after check out time. I loved the room and all the snacks they provided in between meals. I even used the book library area to read some books. Highly recommend! »
