« Le personnel est très attentif et serviable. Le petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. La literie est excellente. Grand chambre spacieuse. Le seul bémol est la climatisation qu’on n’arrivait pas à bien régler. »

« Great location. Lovely flat which was bigger than expected. »

« This apartment could be great, but sadly isn’t.The pros: the location is excellent. The subway stop is right outside the door, and the neighborhood felt safe, quiet, and convenient with plenty of cafés and shops nearby. Check-in instructions arrived exactly when promised and were clear and thorough. « Apartment not prepared with beddings and towels prior to our arrival. We had to request them.Apartment for 12 accommodating 5 persons with chairs.Cleanliness doubtful, couch disgusting.Faucet not emptying, shower leaking. One door missing to isolate one toilet. No toaster.Noisy area. Close to underground and grocery. »

As we opened the door, there were still towels and bedding lying on the beds, making it clear the unit had not yet been prepared for guests. The host apologized, and asked us to come back in about 20 minutes. We returned about 45 minutes later, and while the room was ready, it did not match the listing photos. The photos appeared to be heavily edited and did not...
