The apartment is a former store transformed in an apartment. It’s right on the street, you feel the people in all the sections of the apartment. It’s really well located, there’s a supermarket right in front of the apartment, really great. It’s close (about 5-7 min walk) to the Oktoberfest in München, so probably great for a bunch of drunk students! The beds are not really comfortable for adults but were ok for the kids (as the mattress were all thin. Everything is from IKEA. The pillows were awful, in fact they are decorative pillows, absolutely no support for your head. There’s a dryer/washer which is great, should have detergent included (as for the dishwasher) and leave instructions to let us how it works. English informations would be really appreciated, the one in German were great but you need a translation app to be able to read them. There is 2 weird kind of western aspenite panels that separate the room of for bed to the double deck bed, which is not useful… For the bathroom, shower is great, the room is splitted on 2 levels (kind of a former backstore), the bath fan is running continuously and finally the shower silicone seams should be cleaned and/or redone properly. The stores are missing in the windows and curtains are missing too.We appreciated our time in Munich and got this apartment for a good price. If the owner could correct the items listed above, we would easily go back again. My kids (6 and 11) really liked the structure to sleep on the second floor.
